“We were in Woodland Hills for two weeks and got a two week pass at the flex gym and it was amazing. Even though it can get busy midmorning, we never had to wait for machines. Everyone was friendly and we had a great time. The shake bar is awesome. So after you’re done, you can work out. It has a great functional training room and tons of equipment for bodybuilding. It also had great cardio equipment.”

Will, the owner, initially met with me to get a sense of what I was looking for, and from there, he assigned me to one of his trainers. I went in it was very clean and my Flexologist Sutton was so amazing to work with we did the MAPS test first and then got into the stretch he kept checking in since I’m dealing with a injury and I woke up feeling like a million dollars thank you Woodland Hills Stretch Lab!”
