“So I’ve been going to Stretch Lab for a couple years off and I just recently moved to Woodland Hills area and I was needing a good stretch just the call when booking with Asia was so lovely she was so professional and very understanding of my restrictions. I went in it was very clean and my Flexologist Sutton was so amazing to work with we did the MAPS test first and then got into the stretch he kept checking in since I’m dealing with a injury and I woke up feeling like a million dollars thank you Woodland Hills Stretch Lab!”

“This review is for the coaches, specifically for Danica! I went to the Agoura studio, which sadly closed, but it was the same ownership. I loved my studio so much and the coaches were amazing! Danica brought great energy, knew when to push you, and would always take the time to correct to my form. She was the best and so supportive. I’m sad to know she’s not on the schedule anymore at woodland!”

“My favorite gym by far! Programs tailored for your individual needs. I've signed up for semi-private personal training and all the coaches make sure that I have the correct form without ever hurting myself. I have gone from being inactive for a few years after kids to lifting barbells and kettlebells- something i never thought I would achieve. All the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and on top of it so encouraging and positive. These guys are your cheerleaders without getting yourself hurt and getting stronger!”

“My stepdad had a great experience at The Compound. The owner Paul couldn't be more welcoming and genuinely goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable. “I’ve been going to The Camp Woodland Hills for about a year and a half, which is honestly impressive because I usually get bored of workout routines way faster than that.

What’s kept me here is the culture. Some HIIT/CrossFit-style gyms can feel a little… cult-adjacent. This isn’t that. No pressure, no weird vibes, just a welcoming group of people at all different points in their fitness and life.

The coaches are a big part of it. They all have their own style, but they’re consistently likable, engaged, and actually paying attention. They take the time to get to know people and are quick to check in if you’re sore, dealing with an injury, or need to modify something. It never feels like you’re just another body in the room. Shoutout to Alex, Steve, Bryan, and Ben.

The workouts are tough (consistently humbling), but the programming makes sense and keeps things interesting. Somehow they’ve figured out how to make you want to come back after getting wrecked for 50 minutes, which I guess is the whole point.

Highly recommend.”

“Cyrus is literally THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!!! He’s so helpful with dietary suggestions, stretches, and mindful about previous injuries. I was always so insecure about seeing a trainer because I had no idea what to expect. But after an injury I really wanted to make sure I didn’t hurt myself again, and Cyrus listened to my concerns and what I wanted to improve on. Everyone at the legion makes you feel like family.”

“Nice gym. Great classes and teachers. All around wonderful gym with enough space and equipment and workout rooms to never feel crowded. Very well kept clean. Spacious locker room. My only complaint is that the management keeps FoxNews on all of the large TV monitors throughout the gym (and there are many), which is highly annoying. It’s hard to not notice Trump state regime media in the corner of your eye when trying to get a workout done. The management should know that we come to the gym to work out and focus - we don’t want to be inundated with toxic media during our workout. This is a health club after all.”
