This location had a lot of seating and it was properly staffed with very courteous and diligent employees. The restaurant was crowded but we were able to sit and enjoy our meal.

Ummm....it's In-N-Out! Arguably the best burgers on the West Coast. Not much to say except, they need like two more lanes so I can get my burger faster. However, it's always worth the wait.

I was waiting in the drive thru line for over 30 min, all cars in line were stuck for whatever reason. They never took my order in person or at the speakerbox. “Bryan” placed my order and did not seem to care about his employees, he took my order, KEPT my receipt(handed back my card full of the grease that were on his gloves and parked us for (2) Cheeseburgers, 1 Animal Fry, and a large shake. After waiting for more than 45 min total and still yet to receive my food, Bryan was very rude and never apologized for any of the inconveniences. I would give zero stars if i could and without a doubt the worst in n out i’ve visited.

In-N-Out is usually not a fast food because of the long lines they have but this place no matter the number of cars ahead of you, they will get to you in no time! Super sweet and friendly staff. Food is just delicious. The only downside is that there isn’t a place to seat. Drive thru only.

Good was excellent but the outdoor patio was quite filthy and we asked the kid to clean. He came, cleaned one table and left. Easy teaching moment for management.

On Ventura Blvd. The Alpha Dog of In-N-Out locations. Spacious? No. Ample parking? No. Line of cars down Ventura Blvd? All day & night. But worth the experience, look at those glorious palm trees! If you look up In-N-Out's history you'll see this Ventura Blvd drive-thru adheres to their original burger & fries shacks. Originally cramped boxes with one window, this location has two windows w/cars forming lines on both sides. Probably their newest, most evolved design at time of construction. Note the bonus walk-up window on East side to avoid car lines. Pro-Tip: Walk-up customers get milkshakes, pink lemonades & now Cherry Cokes instantly after ordering. Enjoy your Neapolitan (Choc/Straw/Vanilla) shake. Watch out for kids & exiting cars. Behold the glory & aromas of my #1 favorite In-N-Out on earth! ??? Parking: About 8 spaces behind the storage room, but you must make tricky right turn from drive-thru(start from right side line, not left). Or enter at the Exit(also tricky, watch for people & exiting cars) to drive to rear for a rare open space. Some metered street parking on Ventura Blvd but use extreme caution! Very busy area & intersection. Car line moves quickly, that's my recommendation over parking unless you're very familiar with this location.
