We returned for our marble and tiles when we started planning for our 2 bathroom renovations this summer. This time we made a design appointment and got Rosa Cancino randomly. This is what the review is for. I am giving her 5 stars for all the help and design assistance she has provided us. She was very patient and responsive as we met with her. She is such a gem guiding us throughout the design and ordering process. Overall, we had an A plus customer experience thanks to Rosa!We will proceed with the rest of our interior home renovations next year and now that we found Floor and Decor specifically Rosa, we are definitely repeat customers and recommending your WH store to family and friends!”

Ferguson's intervened on our behalf and was able to have the repair covered by the manufacturer as a sign of good faith.
