Visited logix with our teen to open up a teen account for her. We were helped by Charles. Charles was very helpful, informative, and extremely kind. He helped our daughter understand the importance of having a bank account and how to properly manage her account. We greatly appreciate his exceptional customer service! Definitely see Charles for all your banking needs.

The Branch Manager is not friendly or helpful at all! I went there over a month ago and requested information regarding the title company they use. Unfortunately, It is always like it's going to kill her to provide information that will potentially help someone. She comes off comes off like she is nice with the phony smile, but is cold and insensitive. With that said, the BM told me that she would contact me with this information. However, to date she never did. During the interaction, I felt that she was not going to based on her attitude and disposition with me. I didn't appreciate that when I requested the information, she began telling me in front of her employee all the times I asked for her assistance regarding my business before in a demeaning manner. I felt very disrespected and not valued as a customer when I left. It's interesting how she remembers all my request, but didn't remember or want to remember to provide the information I requested and contact me as she said she would. Further, I felt it was very unprofessional and inappropriate for her to do this not only to (me) a customer, but in the presence of an employee. Please don't respond back and say it's not policy that she couldn't provide the information. As if that was the case, she still should've communicated that. I'm really glad some branches do value and respect the relationship they have with their members, as a local Logix branch did provide the information I requested without a delay and they were glad to help me. I just opened a business account, but it was with another banking institution that values relationships and treats there customers with respect. This experience has definitely made me reconsider my banking relationship with Logix Credit Union.

I claimed fraud because 1700$ got taken out of my account thru cashapp. Their bullshit claims department was only able to get me 300$ back. I'm basically broke now thanks to logix. Will NOT be banking with logix anymore. Pathetic.

So much for being friendly! Simple transaction request to exchange $20's for $100's tuned into a BIG no fist from the teller than the ruined MANAGER! So i walked to the next neighboring Kinecta credit union in the same PLAZA in the blazing HEATs and was greeted by a friendly teller who was happy to make the exchange of $20's for $100's . BAD to GOOD all in the same PLAZA!

So, long-story short; I left Chase bank after what's been going on with them with both celebrities and customers. After looking for a new bank to join, I learned of federal credit unions and found that this bank, which I had passed by for years, was one. I went into a branch after making my decision and never went back. Amazing service, wonderful and understanding tellers who actually make time for you, and the bank is simple. No bells and whistles, it's perfect. No hidden fees either which I'm so grateful for.

It’s one of the worse lenders I have ever worked with. They release your info without your permission. I was literally attacked with nonstop spammy telemarketers the moment my credit was run. When I called them and asked if they shared my info, they said sorry we don’t have any control over that. It’s like I haven’t run my credit before and don’t know how it works. After a lot of back and forth, they came back with a very off numbers about the rates and my property value which was a lot lower than the actual price which made me believe that was a mistake to go to them in the first place. I would not recommend Logix.

Schedule appointments with a Woodland Hills branch with Abraham. Debbie a was amazing. Very professional and right to the points. I’ve always had nothing but great Experiences no matter if it’s good or bad with logix! Not everything goes my way!

For daily request is okay to go there, but if you are planning to apply for the loan good luck, because the most careless people ever sine is working there. Supper slow in process and replies! The branch manager Guadalupe didn't reply to my emails and calls almost for 10 days which those 10 days were very important for me and even her answer after 10 days was most radicles reply. I wish I read the reviews first and them applied for the loan. Wasting time and energy!!!!
