I'm 75 years old and on my own for the 1st time in 53 years of marriage since my wife passed away. Andy at Lux took such great care of me when I needed a car. I told him what I needed and what I wanted and he got me everything that I asked for At a great price and with no hassle whatsoever. I dreaded having to haggle for price and deal with car dealers and he took all this off my back and I will appreciate that forever. We used Andy for the first time to get an Audi SQ5 and couldn't be happier! All his reviews are absolutely true--he's a straight shooter and got us the best deal possible that was way better than what the dealerships and other brokers could offer. He was very quick to reply and got us the car within 1 day. We highly recommend him and will use him in the future!

Andy continues to be the BEST 3 years later!!! I reached back out with my lease ending... had extremely lofty monthly payment goals for an Audi Q8. He literally went above and beyond what I expected (as usual!), and got me the dream car! I get complements on it every single day. The deal he got me seemed so unattainable, but he stepped in and worked his negotiation magic just like he did 3 years ago. He even got my friend an amazing deal a couple weeks later that she was ecstatic about, and unable to get on her own. I'm forever impressed and grateful... you will be too after working with Andy!

UPDATE 2 years later!! Got ANOTHER car from Andy and he was amazing. STRAIGHT SHOOTER and stuck to his price which beat every other broker in Los Angeles. This guy is the real deal. Glad to deal with him and beyond happy with the UX200 I got! Arash and Andy were a pleasure to work with. Arash from day one got to work and listened to exactly what I needed. He was incredibly patient with the whole process and always made sure we got the best possible price. Even with changing my mind mid-way in the process regarding the type of car, Arash instantly went to work once again and did not stop doing so. In less than a week arash found the car we wanted and with the price we asked for. He was very clear and precise with prices and not once did he act like a salesman but rather a broker who has the customer's best intereLast but not least arash had great communication through the process!

Andy is an expert on cars and can direct you to something better that you didn't know you wanted. As someone who is not an expert on cars, I can easily be overwhelmed and stressed about this arena, but with Andy as my guy to call on, I feel like I have someone who I can trust to help me make the right decision. He facilitates the process and takes the headache out of the paperwork. Not just for getting the car, but also recommending a good mechanic and anything else you need. You can't get better than that! I recommend him to everyone!

I've struggled to find a reliable way to purchase cars. What website to use, what company, what rebates , what time of year , etc... Lux Auto Brokers handled everything for me and even delivered the car. I never had to step foot into a dealership. Of course I got a great deal that's a given. You want the best deal possible on the car you want and want to entrust it in people you can trust and count on, Lux Auto Brokers is definitely the way to go! I've bought (purchased) 2 cars prior before and have not used a broker before when I bought those cars, but I needed a daily car and wanted to lease. I told them what I was looking for and they did not disappoint. Arash came through with an amazing deal on my Kia Niro (very fuel efficient) for a 2 year lease. He helped me save some coins. Let these guys help you get the best deals possible! Very attentive and genuinely help you out so that you're satisfied! Yelp 100 2018 Challenge 32/100 This will be long, so TL;DR: Andy is the only broker in LA that goes above and beyond and doesn't quit when something seems difficult. Lux is who you want to use for your next lease or purchase So I have had my eyes and vision set on a 4 series for years, but waited for many reasons. Well, this year I was done waiting and wanted to lease a 2019 black on red coupe. I probably contacted 7 other brokers and if they even reply, they stop when they get one single challenge or have to do an ounce of work, which is weird to me. Well, I came across Andy and after seeing reviews made from people who look legitimate on yelp (dont have just have one review), I contacted him last but not least. We spoke briefly (i had three cars in mind that i sent to him and my desired budget) and he was off to working. Now I didn't think it was too out of the box what I was willing to pay + what i wanted features wise, but Andy was happy to tell me what the cap cost needed to be, what incentives were possible, and go on a search with me at every single bmw dealership in socal and nationwide if needed. Ultimately, it was a 3 week process with me selling my car to carmax, going out of town for a week, coming back and actually selling it since I couldnt before I left, and getting a literal miracle pulled off. Somehow (I'm still in awe with the car now in my garage), I got a fully loaded 430i M Sport for a STEAL. There was a point where I was going to settle and get another one that cost less (barely) and only had 3 of the things I wanted with one main feature missing. I was on a flight the day before getting the car when I was told I could get the original one I wanted for only a bit more than I wanted to spend...obviously moved forward For such a reasonable price that Andy charges, i will refer everyone i know to get their car through Lux and I will never go with any other broker or think to do it on my own. I am so happy with what I will be driving for the next 3 years and am so appreciative of everything Andy went through for me! Thanks again!
