“One of the best BBQ spots in Simi Valley! Love this spot! I usually end up going with the Tri Tip Sandwich (the roll is garlic bread) combo that comes with 2 sides and a fountain drink. I got the baked beans and mac & cheese. The meal was absolutely delicious! They have several BBQ sauces here and my favorite is the Whiskey Habanero BBQ. Check this spot out cause it rocks!”

“The SF valley lacks high end carnicerías. I also don't want to drive to the hood for carne for a good old bbq. La Carnicería was clean, great open CLEAN space and buzzin with people on a friday afternoon. Amazing cuts of red meats and chicken. Now you know it's a cardinal sin in a latino home to purchase Carne Preparada aka seasoned meat but we gave it a chance and loved it! Beer and lime juice is all they use. We purchased their meat seasoning and added at home. We are now regulars and highly recommend them .”

I like that one can call in a special order and they will butcher and package specially for you.There are two 2 star reviews....not for the meat but for the cashier. They are from 2017 & 2019 and should be removed. They both mentioned the rude cashier. My experience is that the cashier is very sweet and very helpful!!Try this place if you haven't already.”

Living in Manhattan, I've had my fair share of delicious New York strips, but this store is on a whole other level. It is a smaller steak than is typical, but every bite is perfect. Like butter. “I’ve been a customer for now almost over two years. Never felt bad about the meat products. The owner Kamal is very patient and help full getting the meat you want. I normally get the mutton. It’s clean and fresh. The lamb chop is fantastic. Also the fresh veal, this is a great place to get all halal meat products without disappointment in price and taste. I recently bought chicken leg and thighs the taste of it is great because it’s fresh hand slaughter. All the product are Zabihah Halal. He serves honestly to the community with lots of respect and love. I truly believe this place is safe to shop.”

“I went to purchase my ham as I do almost every year. When I pulled up I noticed the line was more than 2 blocks long on incline. I Stuffer from an autoimmune disease that has messed up my mobility with being said. I got out of my car to t that long line with my walker and started Up the incline towards the end of the line when one of the honey baked employees came running after me me. He kindly tapped me on the shoulder and said ma'am please come with me we want you to come inside to purchase your ham, they s as me struggling up the incline. I did not expect that I just wanted to get in line and eventually purchase my ham. They acted with compassion and kindness they helped me down the incline they walked with me until they saw I was safely inside. I want to sincerely thank all the honey baked employees that day two days before thanksgiving 2023. Yes the ham was delicious”

“This new Island Pacific in Granada Hills has definitely garnered a lot of attention in the neighborhood. Other than it being new, there's better food options and food stalls compared to the island pacific on De Soto and Roscoe. We got really good deals here for their meats and seafood. The bakery inside is also my fave spot to get pan de sal and Buko pie! The parking can get crowded but there are plenty of spots. It's shared among other businesses like Trader Joe's.”

“Lots of parking around 10 am on a weekday. Best chicharrones I've ever had. I purchased half a pound not realizing how delicious and meaty. I also purchased 4 empanadas. All stuffed and baked to perfection. They also carry fresh pan dulce which was my main reason for stopping, but got side tracked, completely forgot. Great customer service and they take their time. Be patient. I highly recommend the chicharrones”

“Very happy I finally came in here to get some kosher meat and some frozen chicken nuggets that are kosher for my kids. Very clean, doesn't have that stinky smell that butcher shops usually have. Very friendly staff and organized. I was very happy with the generous amount of chicken they give for their schnitzel. I saw the meat was also fresh! I will try their other meat next time I go in. Will definitely be back and recommend to other friends! They also let me know they have Shabbat dinners prepared for friday evening which I loved. I also love how they have a whole oven roasted chicken to take home that's kosher. Love this little gem that's close to my home!”
