FANTASTIC Customer Service from everyone ? there. This is important to me, especially these days!Excellent variety of products for dogs and not all products are expensive, but all products seem to be of a good quality.I've been looking and looking for a decent "Dog, Water ? Bowl" to put on the inside, of a dog's crate and finally found an excellent aluminum one. You can attach it to the inside of the crate, with the screws and clip it comes with. There are also different sizes of the same.I think it was about $13 or so dollars and is well made.They seem to have a good and large inventory of dog-related products.

I shop at this Petco location very often as I live nearby and have never experienced such a bad experience as I did today.I came in to the store 11/18 at around 8:45pm with an unopened bag of dry food that I had ordered earlier in the day through Instacart (the purchase was also linked to my Petco loyalty account). I explained the situation to the friendly lady, who had also greeted me when I came in, and explained that I needed to exchange the unopened bag for another one of higher price, she then asked me to select and grab the item that I wanted.After a couple minutes, I come back with the bag that I wanted to process the exchange for (which costed over $85). She pulled up my account and before completing the exchange, she needed the manager to override the exchange.This when Andre, the “manager”, comes in and without even saying hello, states that he won’t do the return because my proof of purchase is not valid “I am literally showing them the order confirmation and details from my phone”. I tried to explain the situation and reason with him, knowing that he can do the override and stop arguing, but instead he chose to go off to his employee (in front of me) trying to make her look like she doesn’t know what she is doing which really made her feel uncomfortable (I could tell by her face).If this is how Andre, this pseudo manager, treats her employees in front of customers I don’t even want to imagine how he treats them when nobody is looking…Awful customer service, manners and work ethics. I hope this person is investigated and made accountable for his behavior.I will definitely not be bringing my business to this or any Petco locations anymore.

I was looking for something for my pooches, a treat, something special. I hadn't been in the store for a while so I walked around to find my kids treasure. I looked and was amazed at how many "healthy type treats" there are today. I finally chose one and they loved it, they may turn up their noses to dinner but treats are gold to them. Woof

My Fiancé made a quick stop to the petco we go to all the time to buy our dog food, but today Jannina the "manager" was not very helpful or understanding let alone attentive. I called the store and spoke to her directly and she was straight to the defense mode, and that's not how you handle a stressful situation. You should have more compassion. Our dog was simply scared not being aggressive, and most of the time she is all bark. She's a puppy.. we definitely don't condone our dogs to lunge at other dogs.

The item was ready for pick up but cashier was about to charge me again for item that already paid. Petco Woodland Hills should tag item that is paid online separate from " Holds" that are items to be paid at pick up.

We got our granddaughter’s first fish tank and a beautiful blue betta! The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a great selection of dozens of bettas!

I came in to buy a 40gal breeder but decided on a 55. Someone initially helped me find the tanks but when I needed help moving it (I’m tiny!) nobody was to be found. I’ve bought a 75 gal previously during this same sale and the cashier set me up w the vital plus plan for even more savings and I loved it. This cashier was horribly unhelpful and not friendly whatsoever watching me physically struggle w this tank while I was the only customer in the store and didn’t help me save or help me enroll again.

Everybody always giving you fully attention. Kind, sweet, and very professional. They took excellent care of my puppy and thanks to them, (when I took her for her first bath) she's not scared of blowdryers anymore.
