Marco helped me with my lease buyout loan. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He was able to guide me through the process and help overcome any hurdles we came across. He should be honored for his dedication to his customers and commitment to making the Woodland Hills location shine. Thank you for all your help, guidance, and positive attitude. You rock! Premier American Credit Union in Woodland Hills (Warner Center) is the best banking institution ever! A great team starts with having a great leader. Annie Hairapetian, greeted me wother a smile and offered to help. Annie is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and explained other services the Credit Union offers. Annie is the best! Patrick Flanig has the old fashion customer service so polite and Knowledge. Patrick opened the account and asked if I have any questions with out rushing. Patrice is a very smart young man. Mahsa Hadjiaghai is amazing. Annie. Patrick and Mahsa is the dream team in Credit Union/Banking Institutions in the San Fernando Valley. Thank you Premier Credit Union for employees that really care about people.

I've been a member since 1997. There's banks all over Southern California. I don't know about other states. This bank has treated me very well all these years.

I am a member of Premier American Credit Union my account was hacked. I contacted the Chatworth Member Services and Megan Gilbert went above and beyond to help me by blocking my account. She recommended to go to the nearest Premier America Branch which happened to be the Woodland Hills Branch where I was greeted and helped by Mr. Marco Sosa. I was very nervous due to what I went through. Mr. Sosa was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns and queries with great deal of patience. Mr Sosa went above and beyond what's expected of him to help me. His work knowledge and dedication are outstanding.He was very thorough and explained every step he was doing. I left the Woodland Hills Branch feeling much better and more confidence. Two quotes that apply to Mr. Sosa: "Excellence is not a skill it is an attitude!" "I have learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Thank you! Thank you! Kudos to Mr. Marco Sosa.

this review is for the Warner Center branch in Woodland Hills. I have been a member for quite a while and would like to say how professional, courteous and knowledgeable this credit union is they have been extremely helpful and Marco Sosa has gone above and beyond in helping me with all my needs. He returns my calls promptly and tirelessly answers all my questions. recently, I asked for some advice and not only got great advice, but Marco saved me from making a huge financial mistake. I would greatly recommend this credit union and especially Marco Sosa.

Came into the branch to open a new checking account and was immediately helped by Marco Sosa. He was extremely helpful, efficient, and great to work with. Right before we wrapped up he made a recommendation on a new savings account that is now making me 5x the amount of interest! This is why I love Premier...

I had some bad luck with another credit union and I was feeling lost and upset, I called premier after a friend recommended and I was sure glad I did! The phone personal answered all my questions and made an appointment at the branch and I had an easy and pleasant experience with Marco Sosa. He handled all my needs even better than I had anticipated! I'm so pleased and can't wait to have a continued relationship here.

I have done most of my personal and business banking here for 10 years. They are the WORST!! I don't just mean this branch, just as an institution, this place cannot get their ducks in a row. Every single check I deposit is held, sometimes for weeks, even though I have never bounced a check. My first business account would not work with mobile deposit, no employee could figure out why, so I finally opened a different business checking account so i could use the mobile deposit feature. There are no digital copies of my bank account statements available, no employee has been able to find them, so I pay $2/month for them to mail me paper versions even though I would much rather save the paper. Every single employee I talk to is so so very nice and so so very incompetent. They are trained in how to handle upset customers but not in how to ACTUALLY SOLVE A PROBLEM. Today they emailed me that they are going to close my accounts if I don't open a Savings account with at least a $1 balance by February 2023...but I have three VERY ACTIVE accounts with them! Apparently having a business checking, business savings, and personal checking accounts with more than 50K in balances is not good enough for them, they need me to open another account with a $1 balance or they will CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS?? I called in to make sure it wasn't some kind of scam, and after taking 10 minutes to "verify my identity," the operator confirmed that yes, I need to open a savings account with at least a $1 balance or they will close my accounts. Well that's the straw for me, I'm done. I am a good bank account customer, I keep high balances in my accounts, I take out loans and pay them off on time, if Premiere America wants to keep treating me this way I will not keep working with them.

Very nice staff at this bank who are always helpful if you need advice. The bank manager is very professional and she's always available if you need her assistance The Tellers are well trained and always giving their best service to customers

Don't trust these guys for loan rates. Total bait and switch. They say one thing, then after you're approved they try to switch the terms. Very shady.

I've been banking with premier America for approximately 4 years thanks to Marco who is a highly professional and fully aware of his job as well as customer service and relations. I recommended many of my friends and employees in and secured a car loan for my son.My nightmare took place on November 17- 2022. I walked in to this branch with A Cashier check from the same bank and needed to cash it to cover business payroll that was Due the same day which means take the cash and deposit at Bank of America across the street to avoid return employees checks. Handed the check to the teller and within a minute or so an assistant Manager goes by the name Tiny as I was tolled by the teller stepped in and took charge. Very unprofessional, unskilled and didn't seem to know anything about banking. She made me feel like she is giving me the money out of her pocket and she wasn't welling to! She created lies and used strange and unprofessional tactics to deny me access to my money . I requested to speak with the branch Manager and was tolled to wait few minutes. The Manager name is Ana' or Ansa was assisting a lady setting up auto payments on line or something to that affect based on overhearing bites of the conversation. After one hour and twenty minutes of waiting, I realized that the Manger is just simply avoiding me due to her receiving briefing from the the same person who was the subject of my complaint. I walked out without my money and feeling unjust and called customer service to file a complaint.The branch is badly Managed and in need of good management team, whoever there are few good Staff members such as Marco and two other that I don't recall their names. I ended up going to another branch in the city of Reseda today and it took the awesome Manager name Susana and her staff approximately 10 minutes to acknowledge, process and assist me and I really appreciate their help.As a result of the day prior event at the Woodland Hills branch, I suffered 3 employees returned checks and had to call and apologize.
