I cannot believe the terrible quality in produce at this Ralph's. So many times, I bought garlic that has turned... the onions are soft, not firm. The strawberries that mold in the packaging. Then, I tried to buy jarred horseradish, but the sell-by date was a week old.

I must admit, the visit to this location was very enjoyable. I've never been to a Ralph's location so far out but it's an experience to remember. My friend amd I was treated with so much respect. From the security officer on duty that day to the cart collector down to our cashier. Our visit was on Wednesday, March 27th around 12:45pm. My friend wanted to take advantage of the sale on wines. Well, she picked a very good day to do so because we were found in the wine aisle by Sherry. She was the conducting a wine tasting. Honestly, I've been trying to attend a wine testing but the timing is never right. We learned so much from this quick session. So inspiring. She taught us about the difference in wine when it has been barrowed longer. She also taught us the difference between tasting and just swallowing it down, how you should actually use all your senses when tasting. This ralphs location is quite elegant, clean and very big. Plenty of parking. No struggle. They sold certain products that I wouldn't ever see on shelves at locations near me. I have to admit this is the first time I really enjoyed myself in a grocery store and wasn't in too much of a hurry to leave

Flowers from the Bloom Haus collection at Ralph's were not it at all. The freshness and quality were poor in many ways. For $50, it was not worth the money and left a bad taste. My partner grabbed me some flowers the day before Valentine's Day, and what I received when opening it (within 30 mins) was shocking. The flowers were fully stocked at the store, too.The 2 sunflowers were held up by boba straws ?. The stems were mostly rotten. 80% of the flowers in my bunch were dead or heavily bruised. 1 of the rose spays were droopy and likely dead.Whoever put this bouquet together from Bloom Haus probably grabbed some leftover dead/bruised scraps that didn't match and called it a day.I had to toss away 80% of the bouquet, leaving mostly greenery and filler flowers. The remaining bouquet was still bruised and droopy, too.Given that my partner may have just grabbed a bad one, the floral attendants should've done quality checks. I wanted to cry for him.

I've never been to any grocery store that can be compared to this particular Ralph's. I went in to buy some fruit. I left with the best-tasting fruit that I've had in years, a box of sugar cookies from the bakery, some ice cream, 2 house plants, and i could have left with so much more. Every department i entered was by far the best department of any store within 30 mile radius. I challenge someone to find a nicer floral department, a bakery with so much variety and quality. Everything was neatly organized and the prices were lower than I thought they'd be. I don't know if it's the management doing an excellent job, or each department takes that much pride in what they put out. Long story long - i went in for a couple of pieces of fruit and when I left I was inspired enough to write this. If for some reason you are reading this to decide where to shop for grocery, do yourself a favor and check this one out. I challenge someone to show me a better-run store.

Ralphs is good. One of the best ones in the area. But the whole shopping center is a mess. For some reason, Sprouts is like next door, and I tend to go there more often. Sadly.

Ralph's had everything that I needed for Thanksgiving however I have one suggestion stop putting things like French's onion rings can on the very bottom near the floor so only the Ralph's brand can be sold that doesn't work I had to walk the store four times trying to find it

This is a great Ralphs location, it is usually decently busy during most of the day however I haven't had any issues waiting too long to check out. The shelves are stocked well and are organized. Most of the time I have not had any problems with the fresh produce either!

After 11pm Kroger or Ralph's expects you to "self check" all your items!! Well I didn't go to checker school and there is zero incentive or discount to do this. A lot of stores are shifting in this direction. ? Bad idea

There store has everything you need and it's down the street from my house. My favorite part is I can order my groceries and have them delivered same day.
