Adored this place! Randomly walked in after leaving the Starbucks next door and so happy I did! The sales women was SO BEYOND helpful to myself and my friend! Found the perfect wedding rehearsal dress there and the cutest rings!

Cool selection but was uncomfortable. I Came in to buy a gift for my Godmother the other day and found myself wanting to leave. The woman who runs the store was not welcoming nor helpful and was actually arguing with an employee about something. Being a guy shopping for women's gifts is not always easy but especially difficult when made to feel that you shouldn't be in there.

I've love love loved shopping at Sogno in Woodland Hills for as long as I can remember. But today, I was truly saddened to see "genuine fur" products offered for sale. Hopefully, I will never know what it's like to be skinned alive. Unfortunately, many factory-farmed animals will desperately and consciously struggle as they are hung upside down or flipped on their backs to have their beautiful coats peeled away from their bodies. I kindly ask Sogno to take a fur-free pledge, so that I can continue shopping at an otherwise lovely boutique.

My little gem. There's one in Santa Monica, but I always like this one better. Really cute boutique clothes and reasonably priced. A lot of other stores carry the same brands but will jack up the prices to be higher. The clothes are perfect for college students and there are a lot of pieces that are $40-$50 knockoffs of For Love and Lemons but hey I'm not complaining! :P

This little boutique is sooo darn cute! I've only been in a few times but each time was greeted with friendly faces and helpful service. One girl particular named Lyla was so sweet and helpful and informative. All the clothes are super cute and on trend. Highly recommend it here! I would have given 5 stars except my sister bought a bag that had pieces that broke off a day later. Most likely a manufacturers error but I think it's important stores make sure they purchase good quality things to retail.

Great local store with reasonable prices . The owners/buyers have a great eye for fashion . Owners and employees are super nice too. I love this little neighborhood gem .

First off I love Sogno! I have been going to them since i discovered they were in that plaza. Prior to that many years ago the owner had a booth at the valley indoor swapmeet and i would frequent there as well. I find their clothes to be trendy and priced well. One of the reviews said they have some unique pieces and i agree. They have a good selection of items in that store from jewelry to handbags to trendy clothing. As far as them being rude, never have i experienced that nor anyone else being treated that way and i'm in there at least every other week. I know several of the sales women by name, Lee, Eddie, Moon. Maybe the customers complaining thought they were in Neiman Marcus or Saks where you have your sales person catering to you. The store is tight! Anyone that inquires where i purchased something i am wearing that i purchased at Sogno i tell them and if they are from LA i tell them about the Santa Monica store and they love it! Keep it movin Sogno! Keisha

This place is pretty cute. They have affordable and super cute pieces. A blazer can run for anywhere from $40 to $80 bucks and a sweater anywhere from $20-$70. They purchase great pieces, even though all these boutiques usually have the same items they manage to grab some unique ones. Lots of great sweaters and blazers in the winter and super cure maxi dresses in the summer oh and they have a good selection of shirts and Tees too. My only complaints are the dressing rooms are super flimsy and there is always someone who pulls the curtain while you are half naked trying to squeeze into jeans (not the most flattering position lol) I mean its fine...just would like a little privacy; also they do not do any returns only exchanges and even then they kind of give you the stink eye. The girls who are working there are a little aloof. Not sure why, but it seems like they rather be anywhere but there. Otherwise, I would for sure recommend stopping by if you are in the area and taking a look for yourself. Quality wise- their products do last; keeping in mind the price you paid. ;) Oh and there is a Starbucks two stores down. Thats always a plus in my book.

I've been to this store a few times with hopes of finding some cute stuff. The first problem is that most of the merchandise is folded so I wasted a good amount of time unfolding and re folding. The manager (Lee) is always working when I drop in and she is sooooooooooooo cold and unfriendly. If you're in the area, drop by and check it out since the prices are decent and there are usually a few cute things to try on. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time since Lee doesn't seem to give a sh&t if you're there or not...

I was visiting Santa Monica last month and found what my friend and I thought was a terrific and reasonably priced store on tony Montana Ave. Bought several items, including long sleeve T-shirts. Went back the next day to get another color T-Shirt and found /bought even more clothes spending a good amount of money! They had to do a transfer from one of their other stores as they didn't have the color I wanted there. Flash forward back home to Seattle. I had to call several times to find out if my shirt had come in to no avail. Eventually my friend picked up the shirt for me. One of the previously purchased shirts was worn/washed once and got a big hole in the front. Came down last week to visit again. Took the shirt with a hole back and went to return the ordered shirt as I didn't want the shirt to tear easily as well. I attempted to return the new shirt which had never been taken out of the bag which had no receipt (none was given) but tags were still on it but did have my name on it and a note it had been paid for. The young sales girl told me they could do exchange or store credit only. I said that would be fine as I knew I would find other good items to purchase. She didn't know how to do the return and called her manager. The manager refused to exchange the shirt for one without a hole. Refused to take the brand new shirt back and stated their policy was "2 week return with all tags still attached and a receipt." I asked to speak with the manager myself. She told the sales girl she was too busy to talk with me and to tell me she would have said the same thing as the sales girl. I still wanted to talk to the manager and the sales girl took my number to pass along but I of course never heard anything from the manager (who is also one of the owners). This was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST retail experience of my life! Due to the "pennywise pound foolish" rude attitude they have lost several good, loyal customers and they will NEVER last on Montana Ave with that kind of customer service (or lack there of). Not worthy of even 1 star with this kind of attitude.

Everytime I come here the women working there are rude. They dont acknowledge you when you walk in, dont ask if you need help, dont get you a room. I was there for a whole hour once trying to find something that will fit my chest and not ONCE did they ask if i needed help. Go across the street to SOTO. They are very helpful.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for Lee, the store manager yesterday. After my posted comment, she was gracious and kind enough to apologize for any discrepancy that took place when I was last there. In the end, I learned communication is key. I take full accountability if I wasn't clear about what I expected from that transaction, and for misrepresenting Moon in it, as it was not her there that day. Positive, left there smiling, with I a lovely outfit, and as always got a ton of compliments. Thank you the amazing sales girls that work there and to Lee ;)

Slightly better merchandise than Society, but the same snobby sales mentality. Clothes were arranged well which always makes for a better shopping experience. Clothing quality slightly better than, but not much more than a Forever 21 or Love Culture. Not worth the trip over unless you're in the neighborhood to get your nails done or get a cup of coffee at the Starbucks.

One of my favorite stores! Great prices! Great atmosphere! Don't go shopping on the westside, come here, always new stuff! Very helpful, always a free parking space! Dina P.
