I just had the best experience at Sprouts in Woodland Hills, Maureen at the supplements/vitamins department was so helpful and so knowledgeable, she made my day! I always get overwhelmed, and leave after 5m empty handed. Finally someone took the time to respond to all my questions and actually shared some of her knowledge with me. Maureen was awesome, wish there were more ppl like her. Maureen, if you see this, thank you. You well deserve it!

Excellent store. I love the deli section where wonderful employees make delicious sandwiches at very reasonable prices. Thank you Angie, Deaglan and Malindu for taking such good care of your customers. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

I went there Easter morning to pick up eye drops for my sister and I asked two of the workers for assistance and didn't get helped. One of them told me to look on aisle 2 but didn't walk me over and help me find it. I left the store with no product. Just disappointed at the Lack of customer service - I remember sprouts assisting their customers and even giving recommendations. I also work in customer service so was just expecting a little more than " look on aisle 2".

This place deserves negative stars to be honest however I couldn't leave review unless I left one star so there you go. I went to the sprouts in woodland Hills on Ventura boulevard at 11 a.n on the 14th of February. I have placed an order online, called prior to going to the store to make sure it was ready and spoke to a girl who was not that pleasant however I dismissed that but that should have told me of what I was about to encounter at the store. I walked in and a very sweet lady that didn't speak English all that well helped me more than anybody else there, she went to the back and asked for help. There was a youngish Hispanic male there and he shrugged his shoulders meaning I don't know and I don't care and then the lady left. A few minutes later an older Man who was short, a bit overweight have a baseball cap and a little bit of facial hair that was gray came to me and told me I can't find your order because it's not in our system, and that the lady that I spoke to is out to lunch for the next 20 minutes which meant to me they didn't give a damn about my time or about helping me at all When I had already called to make sure I would get there pick up what I ordered and leave because everybody's time is valuable. I tried explaining to him that I called earlier and someone told me it was ready, he interupted me by saying my order can't be found my system and walked away so I purchased my items on my own and left. For the prices you charge at your store and the fact that there's a million other grocery stores that anybody else can go to that attitude is not needed and not necessary, I've been in the customer service industry for many years and if anyone my employees acted like that they'd be fired on the spot, for one employee who's a younger Hispanic male that was putting away whole items to shrug his sholders and not care for the older Man to not only be argumentative with me from the get-go but then not listen to me, cut me off and walk away is not appropriate and something needs to be done because you're going to lose many customers with those kind of employees.

What’s to like about this location? Surly staff members, no cashiers available (only self check-out) for most of the times I’ve been there lately. I know they are somewhat different stores but Trader Joe’s is a very good shopping experience. This place is like going to the Dentist in comparison.

They have moved from paper bags to plastic bags. No more fresh bakery cabinets, and too few people working the registers.

It's a bit more upscale of a place, more expensive but I do come here a lot. I get the grassfed beef from this place, and some produce. The other things I usually shop elsewhere because of how expensive it is. Customer Service is great here though, everyones always friendly.

I had gone to sprouts recently to get the $5 sandwich, the Sprouts at other locations have amazing customer service and I did not expect this one to have terrible customer service. This guy that made me and my fiancé's sandwich and he seemed like he didn't even want to bother helping. He told us to fill out this paper that asks what I want on the sandwich and it took a while for them to even acknowledge that we were done filling it out. When my fiancé told the guy he was done, he just laughed at him and said "just leave it there". First, they didn't even add any condiments. It was literally a sandwich with stale bread with lettuce, ham, and tomatoes. You know how ass the sandwich has to be that I had to take that sandwich back home and add my own ingredients so it can taste better? crazy. Do better fr.

TERRIBLE for having enough. Every time I come here they are out of many things in the store like dairy....FALLBROOK LOCATION IS THE BEST. They are always fully stocked. I don't have to keep going to the Woodland Hills location again.
