Definitely one of the nicer Targets in the valley. Tucked away on Ventura Blvd it can be busy on the streets and be a trek to get to but it's worth it. There is ample parking, the inside of the store is clean and has recently been renovated. Tons of registers, including self check out - so that speeds up purchasing. They seem to have more in stock of certain things compared to say the ones in Northridge, Granada Hills or in the Topanga mall. Plus using the drive up, they are actually really quick. So for selection and aesthetics and service, this might be the location to go to in the valley.

Website policy states "we'll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at target then find the identical item for less at target.com, select online competitors, or in target's or competitors local print ad." I had left another target where I was honored an item on sale for cyber Monday that the website would not let me select so I went in store to see if I could find it, which I did. The target then notified me the other size I needed was at the de Soto and Ventura location so I quickly went. I was happy to find the size and took the item to where the returns are so they could price match it. I was taken out of the line by Marco or Marcos where he notified me all targets are different and they would not honor the same deal I received from the other target store 15mins prior. I told him I would buy it online for the deal but the online app wouldn't let me choose it as it showed the store has zero in stock when I clearly had it in my hands. I'm not sure if he was a manager but he was very quick to be dismissive of the whole situation. I just said thank you and left.

My favorite Target location. Faster to get in & out of than other similar stores. This location has a very good layout. Very clean! Ample parking. They carry my favorite hard to find Honeysuckle scent detergent by Meyers. You can find literally almost everything here! They have a huge clothing selection, toys, a newly expanded beauty section, tech, holiday section, home decor, storage bins, office & school supplies. I've purchased many storage bins here! They even have a good book selection in the back of the store. There's a Starbucks in the store which is convenient. I do miss the tables they had in the Starbucks area which have now been removed. The customer service is excellent and usually there are plenty of cashiers. This is one of my favorite places to shop In the valley. The prices are actually lower here on some items than other places.

On night, after going to 4 different stores, looking for "green jello" in preparation for my elderly mother's colonoscopy, I got to this Target tired and beaten. Jazmin, a night employee at this Target, was working the grocery isles and when I told her my story, she offered to go and check their inventory in the back. A few minutes later out walks Jazmin with a big smile and the much needed green jello as you can see in the pic below. What a relief and what a beautiful gesture on her part. Thank you Jazmin. You saved us much headache and time by going out of your way to help this Target customer. God bless you.

My former local Target/Tarjay in every way and whenever I'm on this side of the valley/val-lah (lol)... I definitely find my way into the location of De Soto / Ventura in the City of Woodland Hills. It's large, spacious and well-kept up. They have guest services to the right along with Starbuck Cafe, CVS affiliated Pharmacy, great electronics, beer + wine, and various signature departments. The service is really warm and friendly as is the security on site. The parking lot is pretty large, though they do share it with a plaza and a few small business closer the the De Soto side of the street corner.Seasonal gets shopped pretty hard here, but even then they do their best to make shift and fill shelves and end caps. While this is a one level location it's definitely got the energy of a two and up.I do wish the dollar spot area (directly to the left when you walk in) was bigger in terms of navigating through, but that seems to be a Target signature setup. Overall a tidy and top-notch location as far as what you need, quality and care.

This target is clean, well organized and there's always someone on hand to help. They are always well stocked and have what I'm looking for. I've found the employees to be warm, and helpful. A big shout out to Noah who always goes out of his way to help me.He is the definition of a leader and has excellent people and customer service skills!

The electric carts for disabled people are past all the cashiers, not in front of the store with the carts for able bodied customers. This is discrimination and against ADA. Bring the electric carts to the front of the store so disabled people have equal access to carts and the store.

Harassed by solicitors out front. Need to park a Target security guard outside the front to ensure they don't harass customers. Unfortunately won't be coming to this Target for this reason.

Fully stocked and had really good choices for kids toys but I had already done my Christmas shopping at another Target. I found parking and saw they had a lot of wide parking spaces available. I bought razors for shaving and light bulbs. I did go to the Iphone section and someone asked if I needed help on 11th of December 22. I said I was browsing and that was a great interaction. Knocking off one star because the men's restroom toilet didn't flush and there was no soap. I walked into the stall and it was already full. Thank God I didn't have to sit or I'd be very disgusted by it.

Do not purchase gift cards here! I received a gift card for my birthday that was purchased here and it has been been a nightmare. The card I received had funds that were stolen. The store acknowledged that they were aware of the fraud situation with gift cards that was happening and advised to contact target customer support or call the gift card company . I have taken this matter to the vanilla visa company and after 3 months they have been no help and all that was done was open a claim. 12/9 we went it store for a second time because we are frustrated of waiting 3 months and was advised to speak service engagement manager which was Claudia , she couldn't connect me with her regional manager / director to get this issue resolved and just gave me the store number with no extension or his company phone. A gentleman next to here had to step in to tell us the steps on how to contact their manager . As a consumer if an item was purchased there the item should be able to be returned there.I took the receipt and gift card to her and she was no help . The employees here either don't care or lack training for what to do in situations like these. We went to 2 other targets (Northridge , balboa)and were told by the service engagement managers that they do give refunds but only to customers who purchased the cards from that location .

I visited Target to buy some props for class, and I think the experience here was alright. I remember back in the day, we were able to scan any items (including gift cards) on the scanners in the store. This was not the case here, and the only way to check was to ask a staff member. The staff member that I had asked ended up getting distracted and spent five minutes. :( This particular target also feels a little larger than normal, which surprised me at the entrance. Initially I wished that I could've spent more time in here because I wanted to explore all the categories, but I was less enthused after the experience with the staff member.

This store is a hot mess. Barely staffed, and when I finally started to talk to an employee, "La Donna", she walked away during the conversation as if she had just decided it was over. Go to literally any other Target instead of this one if you can.

BigDogs going after each other at the checkout line and security has no power to do anything!!!! no store manger. employees just shrug and say times have changed... 2 kids rode in store last week... straight thru on a motorized bike... insanity... I love animals and kids but this is ridiculous
