We managed to get lock out of our garage with no pedestrian door on Wednesday leaving on vacation. So we were looking into buying a new garage door with a pedestrian entrance. The first service that came hardly did much to see what the issue was with the door not opening with the controllers saying we needed a new door is all that was recommended. So we got a add yesterday in the mail with Topaz remodeling, Inc. Garage door repair they were able to see us almost immediately same day. Mike understood our situation and said unfortunately the new door you want is not legal in California and was able to open our current door. After examining why it got stuck and helped to reprogram our controllers, changing the 14 year old springs and old metal rollers. The door opens so smooth and quiet as if it was new again, Thank you Mike we appreciate you honest hard work you provided today.

I had a garage door and opener replaced and i was over the moon with the results. Very good price, fast service and very helpful. I Highly recommend this business.They proved to trustworthy and reliable.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!!! I called and Rose sent out Jacob. A lovely person, who gave me an amazing price. He beat out 3 other bids by $2300 AND gave me 4 doors instead of 2 which all the other bids had. Rose has the most amazing customer service. She is a dream To work with. Always responds quickly. Always kind and efficient. And then the installer. He was fast, CLEAN, and efficient. I am so happy I found these guys on Next Door. I highly recommend them for your projects and will obviously call them with any other needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Topaz did a great job replacing two old garage doors. They responded quickly to questions , accommodated our schedule, and they were prompt, professional and thorough. The two installers, Gil and Mike did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

I hired topaz remodel to redo my old bathroom.It was original from the 60’s so it really was screaming for some attention.The first meeting was great, they answered all my questions. I was shopping around for some kitchen renovation pricing, interviewed a few contractors. Sapir from Topaz Remodeling was very transparent with the information, timeline, materials and pricing. She gave us a pretty competitive pricing and we started the job the following day. The job came out very nice and 7 days before the deadline. Will defiantly recommend them to my relatives.
