I moved into this building at the beginning of April 2025, and everything had been renovated. The place is clean, organized, and the kitchen appliances are all new. I’ve been very happy since moving here. Now that I’m writing this review, it’s been a month, and I hope everything continues to go well.

Our renovated apartments feature hard surface flooring, stainless steel appliances, and modern cabinetry. Residents enjoy spending their free time at the local farmers' market and exploring the area's amazing restaurants. After a game on the indoor basketball court, unwind in one of our heated pools. For families seeking top-tier education, Versailles is located within the Calabash Charter Academy, Hale Charter Academy, and El Camino Real Charter High School district.
