“I took my wife here this morning so she can return the purse/backpack she got online because it went on sale for black fridat so the price was cheaper. We came exactly at 11am when they open to avoid any lines or rush of people. The lady working was very helpful and nice while issuing the refund. She told my wife to take a picture of the tracking number so she can keep track on the status of the return. The store is not that big but they have a decent amount of stuff inside. They had a couple of nice watches and smart watches for both gender here. This store is on the 2nd floor if you never been to this mall before and there are tons of parking here.”
“Best watch I have ever owned hands down!! Have wore it everyday for the last 5+ years and it has seen it all! About 3 months ago I noticed a small crack in the glass which wasn’t a surprise considering the abuse this watch has taken. I sent it to be repaired and the owner jimmy called me personally to inform me of the job scope and that it would be shipped back the next day. He was such a pleasure to talk to! All around, I couldn’t ask for a better watch or a better customer service experience! One happy customer here!!!”
