Went to Wells Fargo bank with boyfriend to cash a check. Whole time the lady working there ( Shivani ) was flirting with my boyfriend in front of my face. She asked him what his zodiac sign was and she mentioned the city he lives in when giving her his ID. Are you supposed to be looking at address and birthdate? I understand part of job is costumer service but asking what is his zodiac sign and mentioning city he lives in. Is that customer service when cashing a check? A different topic can't be brought into conversation? I was not satisfied with her costumer service. Never has this happened to me at this Wells Fargo. First time seeing her there and first time her helping us out. I question how many other people she has done this with and her boss is not aware of. I'm sure flirting is not part of requirements when working at Wells Fargo.

This bank faces issues with ineffective management. The young manager in charge exhibits a cocky attitude and lacks interpersonal skills. When I encountered difficulties logging into my account, he couldn't assist and directed me to online support. Moreover, he refused to let me open a new account without an appointment, despite no one waiting for service. Overall, the bank appears disorganized. Consider avoiding this branch to save time.

BE WARNED- do not let your parents bank here. They do not look out for their elderly customers. My parents were long time customers of this bank and of this Topanga Canyon, Woodland Hills branch specifically. My dad became the victim of a scam and was extorted. NO ONE reported this suspicious activity until after the money was all gone. They did not call the police nor did they report anything to Adult Protective Services, which they are mandated to do.

This bank is a total and complete embarrassment to banks. Staff is utterly stupid and inept. ATM does not accept deposits. Wait on Saturdays to make a deposit over 1.5 hours. Bank should be shut down immediately. They should get 0 stars.

This is not a poor review of the people that helped me at this branch, both Nadia and Steven were great, but the Wells Fargo legal department is the absolute WORST. Never have I encountered a more ridiculous chain of poor excuses as to why they will not let me place my Durable Power of Attorney document onto my father's account. Everyone else accepts this document as is, yet, at appointment # 1, they wouldn't accept it because they wanted a document from the doctor to verify (which is a HIPPA violation). BUT, I got the letter, then, at appointment # 2, they didn't like the letter, because the Doctor signed it, but didn't put "M.D." at the end of his signature. Now I have to get it signed AGAIN (as if the Doctor doesn't have better things to do, and as if Wells Fargo can't just look him up, or call the hospital themselves!?!?!). Such a pathetic excuse for a bank, I dropped them long ago, and will be transferring my father's account to a REAL bank once this BS is over with. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO, they are USELESS!

Mitra (premiere banker) helped me open an account and took the time to make sure I was able to log into my online banking. This was a process because I had an account years ago that would have prevented me from getting online on my own. I just really appreciate her customer service and help. Thank you Mitra for helping me become a Wells Fargo customer again!

Have you ever heard of a check that was not cashable? When it literally says payable through wells fargo bank? I was told i could only deposit the check because the company who cut it has some type of agreement with them to not cash checks bunch of BS I never heard before! Not to mention I've had an account with them for almost 15 years I definitely think there staff racially profiles people, another time i had state checks from freaking betty yee they wouldn't cash+deposit, only wanted to deposit and make me wait for it to clear! Im closing my account thanks to this location!

We have been banking with Wells Fargo for about 20 years, this is our home bank and have always had a good experience with the company. We purchased our first home and they helped us with the loan, and this week they are working on a refinance. Sometimes when I'm doing a deposit or withdrawal, the lines inside can be a bit long and it's busy, so I try and use the ATM drive though. And always happy about the parking lot is great with open parking.

Unfortunately 80% of the time I go to this branch I receive sub-par customer service. The fact that I feel the need to write this review is making me even reconsider returning to this branch at all- but I hope writing this will change the condescending attitude I've received from some of their tellers, an issue I hope gets addressed. Teller Alfredo made a most simple transaction more complicated for him than needed to assert his -subtle- condescending attitude which is less to be desired. One of the many similar experiences I've had at this location. A sentiment many of my colleagues share.

Wells fargo is the worst bank next to Bank of America. They have a stupid 500$ a day limit on your debit card which has led to numerous embarrassing situations at stores when i get declined even though i shop at that store all the time and have plenty in my account. They constantly put fraud holds for no reason whatsoever causing things to bounce that shouldn't. When you complain to customer service , they are rude and indifferent. They claim the 500$ limit is to protect you , but the card has a visa logo so my money is protected. The 500$ a day limit protects them, not me
