I accompanied my client here to do some banking needs. Upon arrival, I see that there is a line due to the availability of bank tellers. There were only 2 of them. Customers are being nice to keep the queue for us. And let my client sit. A bank associate came over and asked if we were taken cared off already. When it is my clients turn, they let her. The bank teller is so nice to repeat everything as my client has hard of hearing. My client accomplished what she came for and left satisfied. Ample parking. ATM available. For other banking needs, there are 4 - 5 cubicles that are separated with walls that doesn't reach the ceiling but at least there is privacy.

What an interesting experience. The bank teller was very sweet. However, the manager with the blonde hair seemed to have an attitude. I arrived at 8:30am and realized the bank was still closed. So I proceeded to wait in my car until 9am. I went up to the door to try to open it and realized that the door was still locked. It was 9:02 when the manager approached to open the door and there was one other customer waiting with me. Upon opening the door, the manager looked at us and told us to come in, "but you're going to have to wait, because she's not ready yet". She then walked around the other side behind the counter and the bank teller and her started to go over some deposit bags of some sort, while a customer and I waited in line awkwardly. This was probably about 10 minutes until they finished and we were helped. The bank teller was very sweet, but the way the manager opened the door to greet us left a bad taste in my mouth that I felt the need to leave this review. I assume when a business opens, they are ready to serve customers, but in this case we were told to wait until they finish their opening routine.

Terrible customer service and bad Covid protocols. I waited in line inside the bank for 15 minutes before I asked the manager if she could open up more tellers - she rudely replied that since two other Wells Fargo branches nearby are closed, there was nothing she could do. I asked her if she could have fewer customers waiting on line inside - for Covid safety. She replied angrily, "we are doing our job sir". I then left, without ever getting to the teller. I'm done with this branch and Wells Fargo. I will be moving my banking business elsewhere.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. By far this is the best branch i've been to. Everyone is very friendly, professional and it feels like old time banking when bankers actually knew their customers.

Worse customer service experience ever!!! The so called "manager" needs to go back to banking 101. I had to go a different banking institution, where I am not even a customer in order to have my financial needs met...for something she should have helped me with as an existing customer!!!!!! Her customer service is terrible. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and I am seriously re considering moving my banking relationship elsewhere. That was my first and last visit at this Wells Fargo Branch!!!

Absolute arseholes . We have been with these muppets for 13 years . We had two large amounts of money stolen from our acc . (they replaced it) . It was suggested we change our acc number . So we changed acc number and noticed we're now getting charged $1.60 here $1.40 there . I went into the branch to see what's happening . I am told when they changed the numbers , my wife should've been with me to sign an extra piece of paper , I pointed out we where both present , so in the meantime we're charged fed witholding taxes ?. We have now sorted it out , but when I asked are they refunding my money as it was their mistake I am told 'No'. The charges are only about $6 in total but it's the principal . They fuck up and I'm being told to pay .Wells Fargo does not seem to hold their bankers up to any decent level of accountability , and after all the stories of them setting up fake accounts and losing customer trust they do this ? We have a lot of money with these cowboys and this is the thanks we get . Loyalty ??????? . We have now closed all acc's . I can punch myself in the face without these fuckwits doing it. And yes , I am angry at being shat on from a great height

Best branch in the valley

This is my favorite Wells Fargo in the valley, the customer service from the tellers are extraordinary while the bankers are extremely helpful and explain everything. I went in to get a loan and they helped me through it. But by far the reason I bank with this Wells Fargo is for Genevieve, she is extremely kind and always starts conversations and remembers almost everything about me. Customer service is A1!! Since they lost Genevieve, this place has lost its quality of customer service.

Worst customer service EVER. Wells Fargo does not hold their bankers up to any decent level of accountability. I applied for a product they offered and I am not writing this review b/c of the outcome. I am writing this review b/c the bankers at this branch have NO motivation to make the customers feel taken care of. You use to walk into the branch and the bankers really HELPED you. They truly cared, they followed up, they had integrity with their responsibilities to the customer. NOT anymore. These bankers are lazy due to automated services. They don't offer alternatives when things are not approved. They don't call other departments to try and see whats going on "without the customer asking them to make the call." Maybe Wells doesn't pay commissions on products and the bankers just make weekly salaries so there is no true motivation to really help the customers with any products outside of managing accounts... This is very disappointing. I will be closing my accounts with Wells this week!!!!!

I'm not sure exactly what happened right now. The bankers at the desk to the right when you walk in .. Just because I'm not dressed fancy (was in sweats fighting the flu) .. I asked to use the restroom .. "is there a public restroom ?" Back and forth with the question between the blonde and two other employees.. with them eyeballing me... after did she realize I was a customer that did a transaction .. oh we have one ..customer service goes a long way. Don't discriminate because of the way I looked. You never know who it is that is standing in front of you. I hope I get a customer service survey so I can give you 0 stars. It's bad enough Wells Fargo has multiple lawsuits already . But to add this to it. Thank you for the security guard that said hi and bye .

Incompetent workers. Can't count. Will not take coins unless you roll them yourself- Are you kidding!?!! What's the point of this bank charging fees for accounts if they don't handle basic services like counting coins?

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for as long as I can remember but I just recently started banking at the Ventura and Oakdale branch. Today I went in to open a corporate account and I was helped by Brian Dasaro. He was fantastic! I was in a rush to get the account opened so that I could get back to work. Well I guess I forgot to sign a document, my bad. Brian actually came by my office later that day with the paperwork so that we could get the account opened before the weekend. He went above and beyond what could be expected from a banker. Very much appreciated.
