I have called several times to speak with someone, they never answer the phone. It's frustrating! I'm changing banks

I have never waited less than 20 minutes in line for a teller at this branch. Get new management who knows how to properly staff. It drives us nuts when there are people walking about slowly, sitting at their desks putting on lotion or disinfecting their tables when we have all been waiting in line forever for the *only* teller you have behind the counter.

Mr. Evan has been providing myself and my family with excellent customer service over the many years. The reason I have been a loyal customer to Wells Fargo is because of his friendliness, knowledge, and excellent customer service. He always makes me feel welcomed and never rushed. I am happy he is still here but now as a Personal Banker. I will be doing my personal banking with him and I recommend him to everyone. Evan is the BEST, thank you for all the great years of dedication to all your customers Evan!

These positive reviewers must all be drinking the same koolaid. I am a business owner and have a large amount of money in Wells Fargo. I came in on a Monday dressed down as I wasnt working (gym attire). I came in to send a business wire for a job that we are doing out of the country. I know that that can only be done through a banker or a branch manager but I followed proper protocol and asked one of the bankers who could help me to send my wire. The banker sent me over to wait in line and speak to one of the tellers who said she would assign a banker to do the transaction. I went along and stood in line for 15 minutes until I was called up to window and I explain to the very nice teller what I needed to do. She said she would find out which banker was available and come right back to me. The very nice teller walked away and spoke to a few people and then came back to the window. One of the bankers she spoke to said "I don't have time to help him, I have an appointment at 3:30. Mind you I was in the bank at 3:10 PM and the bank closes at 4 PM. The teller told me that all of the bankers were busy and no one could help me and she didn't know how long I would have to wait to be helped. Not being satisfied with that answer and seeing the one banker who is doing absolutely nothing at this point except waiting for his 330 appointment, I asked if I could speak to the manager. I explain to the tell her this had nothing to do with her but I wanted a more definitive reason as to why the banker who was not busy could not help me. The bank manager came over and introduced herself to me. She was very polite and explained to me that of course, everyone was busy. I asked about the banker who was sitting at his desk and had no customer in front of him. She explained to me that he was waiting for an appointment to arrive. I then said that I had overheard the conversation and was under the impression that his appointment was for 330 and that now, it was 315 and he had plenty of time to send my wire before his appointment arrive. Unfortunately the bank manager did not agree with my time assessment and told me I was more than happy to do the transaction on my own from my app on my phone, or from my home computer. I looked at her with a very puzzled expression on my face and said "you really can't have anyone help me especially the person who's not doing anything" to which she replied well unfortunately no. This bank has the worst customer service. I wouldn't come back into this bank unless I'm coming back to close out my account which I think I will do. Unfortunately customer service has gone by the wayside and people just don't seem to care. That being the case I will try to find a bank that cares about handling all my business and keeping my personal funds as well.

Honestly I would not come to this bank if it were not the one my job uses. The tellers are nice, but they are micromanaged to the extreme! They cannot verify deposits without getting a manager to sign off. It's time consuming and rude, and honesty demeaning to the teller. Also! As there is a lack of tellers, someone should at least acknowledge the line and let us know that we will be assisted shortly. There always seems to be an extra teller or 2 doing busy work behind the glass-step away and take care of the customers in front of you. I miss the days of having a business window for merchants, and good old fashioned customer service.

Tellers and personal bankers are great but I can’t say that about Rita de manager she is horrible I needed her help and she wouldn’t come to help the person that was with me apparently she was in the bathroom for an hour and came to us late with a horrible make up saying she was busy. I’m sorry but that’s a personal matter I don’t care.

Meeting with an HR representative for his first day on the job, new Wells Fargo employee Kyle Menardi was walked through all the crimes he'll be asked to commit, sources confirmed Wednesday. "The crimes we do here are pretty straightforward, and most new employees get a hang of how to do them within a couple of weeks," the HR rep informed Menardi, adding that he should prioritize getting a handle on the more day-to-day insurance and securities fraud, and then turn his attention to learning about the company's more long-term scamming and market manipulation criminal projects. "It might seem intimidating at first, but don't worry, we have a whole system for our illicit activity. If you want more guidance, however, we have a mentorship program where one of our more tenured employees can talk to you about their experience committing crimes for Wells Fargo. But don't worry, after a few months, committing financial fraud on an industrial scale will feel like second nature." The HR rep added that once Menardi got the basics down, Wells Fargo always appreciated self-starter employees who took their own initiative to commit crimes that went above and beyond expectations.
