I will stop coming to this branch since there is one teller each time I come here. I was in line and 3 people ahead of me complained saying this is the worst branch and felt the same. Another claimed usual wait time is 30 minutes. Wells Fargo should either hire more staff or close the location. I did enjoy the tellers here as they are friendly every visit but hiring needs to be done.

we were trying to get a cashiers check. we had the funds to cover... it took over an hour. lack of communication, lack of customer service. need either to close branch or make serious upgrades in staffing and in service training. manager out of town and temporary management team lacked authority and ability to handle large transactions. as very long term customers, depositers and stock holders we appalled at way we were treated.

Very rude and entitled manager. Just obnoxious. I was getting a cashiers check and the manager was extremely rude. She had to verify a ridiculous amount of info even though all money was in our account.

The most horrible customer service ever! There was 1 person helping customers. Thankfully I don't have an account with them! I went in because my boss made an error with payroll and had to give live checks and the maker is Wells Fargo. So I go in there and the woman "helping" me was acting like I was some kind of delinquent trying to steal money. Then she says to me I have other customers I have to verify your check and has me sit down for like 20 minutes to wait for her manager to verify my payroll check absolutely ridiculous! Which is why I don't bank with them anymore! And they still charged me 10 dollars to cash my check. After all this!

After coming into this branch numerous times over years to deposit checks weekly, never had I had an issue with faulty check ever. Monika P. has given me a hard time three times, today she out did herself, honestly experience was humiliating! I understand if she would have said we will put a hold on check but deposit. Not only did she not do that, but requested to speak to the owner of check. In the end she did answer and confirmed. Monika eventually did deposit the check, but never again will I use this branch. Monika not only lacks customer service but professionalism as well. For someone of color myself I expected decent service coming from her especially.

This bank has the worstttttt customer service. The bank teller William, don't even bother asking him a question. He'll blow it off and laugh. I asked him what was wrong why were we all standing in line for so long with no movement. Apparently his system was down and when I asked why didn't he let us customers know, he just laughed and said you can go use the ATM. That wasn't my question. He laughed and as I walked back to the line and continued to smile in a condescending way. All I asked was they let the customers know. "Sorry our systems are down, you can come back or wait if you'd like, and the ATM is available as well for those that want to use it". It's that simple. William needs to be trained on how customer service works and how to diffuse a simple inconvenience for the customers as opposed to making it worse by laughing and being condescending. Customers should have the choice to wait in line or leave had the William let us know the systems were down. Thank you.

Extremely slow service - 1 person for the whole line. They have a sign apologizing for long wait times as they “strive to make our branch as safe as possible” which is nonsense. Keeping people together in proximity for longer periods of time defeats the purpose of social distancing. I’m their employees are even wearing masks so COVID probably isn’t even the reason . This should instead be an apology for their poor management. They keep apologizing to other reviewers, but it’s meaningless as nothing has changed.

I've had issues with customer service over the phone, and with the bak in general. So this five stars is for this Silverlake location. The employees here are super friendly, but most importantly they are informative and helpful. I've been using this as my main location for years and if it wasn't for my interactions with the employees and they're helpfulness, I'd be banking with another bank.

I deposited a cashier check on Friday July 23rd,2022 I was told by the manager that the check would be cleared on MondayI needed to wire that Money to escrow on MondayThe check didn’t clear on Monday and I went to the Bank to talk to the manager after wasting my time for 70 minutes I couldn’t meet her and left the bankThey didn’t return my cashier check to me neither they were able to clear it.My recommendation is that NEVER trust people in Welsfargo bank

I can’t believe it, I was in the line for almost 20 minutes. Only one cashier on duty and when I ask the lady manager her name is Natasha ( with no name badge) to help the line, very rude she didn’t and start chatting to customer in the line. I never go to this branch.

This bank used to be really nice pre Covid. However, I've noticed since opening back up the tellers have a bit of attitude and the managers aren't much better. I had to go In to pay a bill and I handed over $3 in quarters and some change. After going for I don't know 20 years to this location I was told that I can't bring change unless it's rolled up? Are you kidding me? This is a bank. What it comes down to is lazy tellers that have psychological issues. I've never once encountered this at a bank. In fact during the coin shortage I was being begged for my change. Won't be banking at this dive of a branch: the only good part is the security guard Edgar.

Worst Well Fargo wasted over an hour to verify my ID. I am in a different Wells Fargo almost everyday but the manager is clueless. Do yourself a favor and go to another one. Horrible experience

I went into the branch after being at a riding stable and was called " Country boy" by staff members. The managers as rude and kept my ATM CARD FOR TWO DAYS. Celia, the manager, is prejudice and not helpful at all! I am a gay hairdresser with a medical degree also, I have done hair for the Emmy awards and numerous celebrities! She needs to be fired and I am considering filing a lawsuit against her for discrimination! Furthermore, they put a 10 day hold on a 53,000. Dollar cashier check, then rejected it, never even sending back to me. I've had HIV for 37 years and them holding my funds for 19 days after they varied that the check was good, is horrifying! Bank elsewhere!
