Optimal repair required a replacement bumper plus labor to install. Rolando priced the part fairly (his price was less than the highly rated Davis shop where I’d also obtained a quote) and 1 hr to repair (half that proposed by the other body shop). We agreed on a future date & time to replace the bumper, this appointment was scheduled for my convenience. Even though I arrived late for our appointment, he cheerfully, immediately and efficiently accomplished the repair while I waited in his office. Final result: my bumper is as good as new! The overall cost was about 1/3 of what I’d been quoted at a Davis body shop. I highly recommend this business!”
