Made appointment at 2:30. Showed up and was told it would be 90 minutes. Ok, not great. Car wasn’t finished for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Clearly Costco doesn’t care about this non-core business.
I will be going to somewhere else where appointments (and customers) actually mean something.
