Stood in long long line 35 minutes (with strep and covid) for a medication called in the day before. Got to register, meds not ready, told to come back in 30 minutes, came back 1 hour later, stood 20 minutes in long line STILL NOT READY! Asked to wait 15 more minutes. Went ape.... UNACCEPTABLE Same story every time! Hire some staff!!!

Total incompetence. Went in to pick up two urgent prescriptions. Told not ready and to come back 5 1/2 hours after called in. Now find that one is out of stock and will be back in stock in 4 days. This isn't the first time that I've had problems with them. Will be finding a new pharmacy.

Customer service reresentative was rude and Racist. I walk up this morning to buy a monster and she her name was Christina that is at least what she said her name was, she called me rude for only pointing and saying im gonna use the kiosk and then deciced to sling verbal insults as she walked away. I turned to her to say that it goes both ways and she shouldnt be in customer service. SHe responded by saying who F are you Whiteboy. I find this highly bs and racist. I didnt do anything wong or say anything rude to your employee, as a Veteran who is bi-racial and have fought against racism and Systemic racism in the government, Im extremly hurt by this womans actions and her udacity and that cvs whould employ someone in customer service like this.

They lost the photos of my best friend's wedding! And they don't seem to care at all. Just printed em and threw em away. Didn't call me, nothing. Im very angry.

I have had about twenty prescriptions filled here on ten separate occasions.They will tell you they will be ready in a hour and every single time when I showed up a hour later they were not ready.They will then give you some line about "expediting" it which is short for actually doing their jobs and it will be ready a hour after that.I am actually stunned that not once have they fill a single prescription on time.I can't imagine what it would be like to be someone who has a time sensitive condition and having to wait double the time they claimed it will be ready in.

I was at the seven main Street CVS the other day and I was treated so well by a young lady named Akeicia as a 70 year old senior citizen sometimes it's hard for me to see what I need to see and with such a variety out there to be able to show what is the best and given a good price for a senior citizen with a Medicare discount. Thank you young lady, we need more like you. That's why I'm on it I like to give a shout out to the pharmacist Jeffrey Jeff is a really nice guy he helped me when I was having problems with one of their assistants. That wanted me to take my problem to the manufacturer I didn't buy it directly from the manufacturer. And the manufacturer didn't create the problem. The problem was the wrong product was pulled off the shelf. I've heard this young man's speak to other people in this manner sometimes acting like you know it all makes you look foolish.

I don't come her often but when I do there's a lady name starts with C she's a cashier and needs some training in customer service especially her tone and how she talks to the customers...you can't ask a question with out her getting loud and mean I will be avoiding this cvs

I have been using CVS at 7 Main street since it was Long's. I have had no issue with them and they are all very professional. I cant believe what I am reading here.

I wish there was a zero star option. I called to see when my prescription for mastitis was going to be filled and they said one hour. I am two weeks postpartum and my fever kept rising. My husband went on time to pick up the prescription and when He asked about the prescription, the pharmacists had horrible attitude with him and griped to a coworker something along the lines of "he can f***ing wait". He waited patiently for over an HOUR past the time promised, leaving his very sick, sleep deprived wife and not yet two week old baby home alone waiting. We will never return to this pharmacy and I've made a note of the names of the pharmacists so that I can file a formal complaint with the company. Save yourself the trouble and do not use cvs on west main.

The pharmacy staff here is rude and incompetent. Don't waste your time here. They have got my medication order incorrect multiple times and they were extremely rude to me. They didn't act apologetic or anything. I would urge CVS to seek a new pharmacy manager/ supervisor ASAP and also educate the rest of the staff on correct and effective communication skills. Pathetic the way they treat paying customers here

a lady there named cecilia is incredibly rude to non english speaking customers giving them a hard time for not understanding some coupons. Instead of trying to help them understand what the coupons are for, cecilia belittles them and says derogatory words knowing that they can't understand her. This is unacceptable, especially from somebody who seems to be at a management position.

Absolutely the worst of all cvs pharmacies. I've been here 3 times now (for convenience it's right by my house) and every single time I've had a problem with this pharmacy whether it's my medications not being ready when they said it would be (hours after promised time). Telling me my insurance won't cover it and when u get there, it's covered. SO much attitude from the employees. They are very unorganized and you can tell as soon as you get there until the time you leave. I would strongly suggest you get your prescriptions elsewhere as I will.
