I wish I could leave negative stars. I have a disability and travel with a dog. I made the reservation online and requested a downstairs ada room. I then called twice, a week before and the day of my check in, just to make sure I would have a room downstairs and to let them know i would be arriving late at night. Both times woman on the phone said ‘No problem’. I get there at 11pm and I am told there are no rooms downstairs and the only available is on the third floor. This place has no elevator. The person at the desk was professional however he “couldn’t” move the room down any floors, refused to issue a refund and wasn’t “allowed” to assist me in carrying luggage up the stairs. Needless to say, one of my top 3 worst experiences at a hotel. There’s nothing like having to strap your bag to your body with a dog leash and crawl up 3 flights of dirty stairs at in the middle of the night.

What a joke!!! We paid close to $300 for one night. I suppose it's a classic case of supply and demand, but our room had a bedside light that didn't have an electric outlet, a light in the headboard that didn't work, a TV with one channel, NO ELEVATOR, and no person in the lobby (just a kiosk served by a remote person). It makes you wonder if the neighborhood is too dangerous to have human beings at the desk!?!As part of the Wyndham chain, it doesn't speak to quality or value whatsoever. They should be ashamed to have their name on this. This is an old hotel that has enclosed their original outdoor stairs, put some new paint and carpet down, and overcharge. These are $100 per night rooms at the most!

We could not believe there was no elevator in a 3 story Hoetl. The cleaning lady opened the door twice WITHOUT knocking before 11:00 check out. Both times told we would be out by 11:00.

Room is very dated, something sticky on nightstand, tile in shower could use a good scrubbing.

I was driving from Ca to WA and stopped off here. The night manger Miguel was very friendly and professional. I enjoed the blackout blinds and slept well. The freeway is nearby but there is no road noise. Breakfast was simple but good and I was a few minutes late, they still let me eat. The coolest thing was the checkout kiosk. There's a person on camera like a virtual front desk attendant. A lady came and talked to her. It was like max headroom (if you are old enough to remember that show)Noteworthy details: They have a pool

We appreciated the late check in and clean room.We paid for our reservation in May, but we’re disappointed with the unexpected $134 deposit we still had to pay. The night clerk had no explanation. There was no live clerkIn the morning but I had to communicate with the clerk via computer kiosk. She said it was a refundable deposit, but I won’t get those funds back for at least 7-10 business days.I expect full transparency when I make my reservations so I can budget for the expenseRooms: Clean room

It worked out great for a last-minute overnight stay. The room was as pictured with the listed amenities. It was clean and didn't smell bad. The hallway did have a sour smell. There was no concierge nor an in-person receptionist. It was all done virtually. There's a kiosk that you do everything thru, including the card key.The breakfast provided was very limited; plain bagels, frosted flakes, raisin bran, and strawberry yogurt. The coffee was old. Luckily, there's a black bear diner and McDonald's and Carls Jr. in the same lot. And a Starbucks. 02 miles away. 5 fwy exit and entrance too.In summary, if you need an affordable overnight stay without any extras, this works.Rooms: Clean, as listed.Food & drinks: There's a vending machine next to the ice machine. Diner and fast food within walking distance. More options less than a mile away.

I called in multiple times to confirm that they had cribs to utilize during our stay. We were flying in with an almost 2 year old and a 5 month old. We were told (on a super fuzzy landline) there would be cribs. We got there at 2 am due to awful flight delays. We get in. The guy looks dazed and confused. He goes to check on the crib. I’m waiting in the lobby. He comes back looking like he’d never seen me before. There were no cribs. And they wouldn’t give me a roll away bed so our toddler could sleep safely. Stating the room was too small. The morning breakfast was absolutely dismal. Prepackaged (awful) muffins, stale bagels, and maybe yogurt. We went next door to black bear diner. Came back, our key didn’t work. So I go out front to ask for a new one. NO ONE acknowledges me. Eventually a lady comes out who waves me away to a kiosk. Some remote team member gets me a new key and disconnected the call before I could ask a question. Not impressed.

This is one of several Wyndham Hotels and motels I've stayed at over the last several months and this one was the biggest disappointment! The room had a stink to it such as sour milk but it smelled more like baby formula that had been sitting in a carpet for a week or two the room was disgusting. Talk about Limited! The pillows on the bed are small like couch pillows! No big bed pillows no even normal size bed pillows but pillows that were about 12 by 12 diameter and no fluffy comforters it was just wrongAs far as the service we had a lady on a computer screen who was sitting at a desk that made it look like she was at the Travelodge but was not she was in the Philippines! It was 4:00 in the morning where she was! They check this in from the Philippines they charged us $50 to $100 for incidentals or in case you stole anything from the room though there's nothing worth stealing at this hotelThey're really not together here I saw two people that actually work there as far as I remember one was a security guy who lived on the property because I actually had the nerve to look for coffee creamer because I don't drink the dry stuff made with 100% GMO corn that gave me diabetes but when I went down to look the lady on the computer screen called them cuz she heard some noises and they were more worried about their cabinet doors slamming on their own rather than customer service and giving the customer what they needed for what was placed in the roomThe price was fair but I still expected a nice bed it was uncomfortable I woke up multiple times only to have to drive another 10 hours or so maybe 6:00 to get to Long Beach California rice stated another Wyndham property that truly looks like a prison on the inside that smells like mold and old Pine-Sol. It has a refrigerator but no microwave as the reservation lady told me and I was very disappointed yet I have another 3 days before I review that placeI would certainly stay somewhere else the next time I'm in town cuz if I have to pay $20 more but get real bed pillows with real comforters and real sheets and the nicer bed? I take it in a heart and lastly I must say that it was in an area that was not the greatest neighborhood though there were shops nearby which made it easy and there was a microwave and a fridge which was nice but as I said it was not what I expected and a little disappointed and the pool closes early every night at 8:00 p.m. so if you get in at 7:30 and check in around that time like we did you will not be able to get into the pool and if you do beware there are a lot of families that live around here and I believe they also use the pool

Stayed for only 1 night to rest before going to Stockton. Check-in was done virtually via a kiosk. The person that checks you in is on screen. It’s actually kinda cool. Later on I did see a manager on property. The rooms are clean, just a regular no frills hotel. Only draw back is there’s no elevator, I was on the 3rd floor but it was only 2 short flights of stairs.

This was a nice hotel. There were three cats outside. The front desk girl was on a computer screen. Everything worked out great!

Motel management was not present. They used an offshore business via a kiosky to communicate, ask for your ID, Visa card to be scanned in and issue room keys. Who are these people and why should we trust them? What about providing a safe atmosphere for guests - management chooses to not be present???? Is it because it is not safe or just that they don't care, don't want to spend time at a location which makes them some income. Strange! Disconcerting! Is this what our business world is coming to? No Thank You!

An older, well-kept motel, in a good location. Very Close to the I-5 without getting any freeway noise, only a half hour away from downtown Sacramento. If you don't want to stay there, and a short 15 minute drive To Sacramento international airport. There is a McDonald's and a black bear diner in the motel parking lot. Black Bear diner gives you very decent portions of excellent food, at a reasonable price. When I arrived, there was somebody at the front desk, so I didn't have to use the "virtual check in." The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. My disabled partner was with me, so I called ahead to ask for a room on the first floor, and that's what we got. The room was decent sized, the room, and the bathroom were spotless. There was a decent sized TV that got DIRECTV. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream video. There were plenty of plugs to charge our electronics, and there was a fridge and a microwave in the room The beds were a bit firm for our personal taste, but not rock hard as we have gotten in the past. Breakfast in the morning is basically cold and hot cereal, fruit, bread, juice, and coffee. Overall, a pretty good night. We would stay here again. Thank you.
