it was just the final straw today and they canceled a same day appointment for concerning issues that would work with the specialist appointment I had in their Davis location and refused to reschedule or understand why urgent care wasn't an option and I while upset did not cuss or raise my voice and was hung up on twice. Supervisor who called after hours wanted to sound like she was doing me favor but actually undid the appointment I could make. Changing from dignity - don't go here they are overbooked, rude and unprofessional.

Quality of care has changed. I had an appointment because I had sinus pain. The MD did not do an exam. I was given meds, took the meds but they did not seem to help. Today I had a bad headache and eye pain. Not sure if I have an infection or what but I am dissatisfied and disappointed in the care I received.

I am a patient at Dignity Health Woodland and Sacramento. Unfortunately, due to Dignity Health's poor communication practices (not), and their vastly inadequate and unmanned portal access, it's exceeding difficult to get things done. Now, that would be fine, if it weren't for life and death issues, or if I could just go down the street and get some diligent health care. But, in today's world, that's becoming more and more impossible. Dignity Health, its doctors, staff, and corporate managers and officers don't seem to care about these things. Of course, when it comes to billing, even incorrectly, they are all over it. As a senior citizen, I am in the midst of some very serious and life threatening health diseases that need prompt attention. Now, I could understand if we were at war, and we're something like a MASH unit, well then, priorities and delays are expected. But not here, and under these circumstances. Now, because the Dignity Health automatic response to this post will be a meaningless retort about how greatful they are to bring these things to their attention, be aware that this is just standard operating procedure verbal garbage that goes nowhere. This is how companies these days deal with problems. I could go on, but shame on you Dignity Health for not really caring. I know, you just want a paycheck and go home. Well, I do to, but if you don't help me with my health issues, I won't be able to. Please DO SOMETHING.

This urgent care has the worst customer service. I came in for a back pain and was told it is about 2 hour wait time. I sat right in front of the help desk and waited uncomfortably. After 2 hours pass by, I came up and asked if I will be getting called soon. This lady has told me that my name has been called many times and I did not show up. So they have crossed me out and had moved on to other people. She did the same thing to another person after me. Even after telling them that my name was not called when I was right in-front of their face listening to them calling names, they have told me they are moving on to other patients. I have went up and spoke to them 3 times before I even ask if I'm going to be called. These front desk receptionist are fucking liars and will tell you on purpose that they have called you. They also had a nasty attitude when I was speaking nice. I would leave this place a -10 if I can. Don't ever come to this urgent care.

I hate this place. It's a guaranteed long wait even if you make an appointment, so it ends up being a multi-hour ordeal. Either hire more providers or stop taking appointments and make it walk-in only.

Patient of Dr. Nia, he and/or his staff refuse to answer questions and were very rude as time went on. Used the patient portal during a medication change because I was having some questionable side effects. Sent 3 messages due to brain fog and forgetting things. Got 2 letters in the mail saying They will "Withdrawal care" if I continue using their message system like that...wasn't ER worthy. They definitely don't care about your mental health that's for sure.

Dr Tariq was amazing she helped my Girlfriend immensely. Dr Tariq was very professional and gentle, so was her nursing staff they helped keep my girlfriend calm by comforting her. My girlfriend got the help she needed because of Dr. Tariq and her nursing staff.

I liked it here though the doctors weren't very specific with things they are all nice and all but just something was missing in them.

The doctor Josi Santana didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with me and did not demonstrate professionalism when talking to a patient. Not worth the wait or pay. I would expect better from a “professional”.

The worst place to go to, I had an appointment to get tested for the flu and yet all they did was check my pulse and temperature and told me “You should go to the Emergency Room.” I will not be going back to this location and you shouldn’t either.

I came in for a possible broken ankle. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fit me in. There was a bit of a wait but it's expected when you just walk in. What I really am upset about is the fact that a CLINIC does NOT have functioning wheelchairs!!! None had foot rests!!!!!! It's a fricken clinic! How does a clinic not have wheelchairs for this sort of thing? I had to hold my leg up and if the pain of my ankle wasn't enough now my leg is sore!! This management needs to fix this, how embarrassing! Other than this all the staff was super friendly.

I went in for a UTI and waited and waited. i paid $105.00 upfront first (I have no insurance at this point). After a 35 minute wait, I finally saw a doctor for 15 minutea. While sitting in a chair in the room he asked a few questions and pressed on my lower abdomen and asked if this hurt. He asked if I wanted to send my urine sample in to a lab (more cost) to check for sensitivity to the antibioti he prescribed and I said sure. He said he would call me in 4 days to check on me but he never called. Then about 10 days later I get the bill for the lab work $199.00 (doc said it would be about $100) but do I ever hear from anyone about the lab results - NO! I had to call to request the results. Later that day, the doctor's medical assistant called and first words out of her mouth were, Dr.so and so called you but you didn't answer your phone. She gave the results and asked if the medication helped. Also, I checked my phone's recent calls and I had no missed calls!! On top of all this I then received a bill for the physician which was well over $500. I called to question this charge given I paid money at the time of the visit and the billing clerk put me on hold, came back and the bill was reduced to $236.00. Even at $341.00 ($236.00 + $105.00) for 15 mimutes, that's $1.364.00 an hour!!! WOW !!!!
