Familia Graphics offers printing and design graphics in an excellent format, timely manner and reasonably priced. The Friends of the Woodland Library and the Outa Sight Support Group have consistently used this company to produce our newsletters, posters and sale postcards. I strongly recommend Familia Graphics for any of your printing needs

We were looking to have posters made to promote the new bar area at our hotel, and we were provided with two different poster designs for us to choose from so quickly with everything that we had asked for! The posters came out beautifully and look great in our lobby. A huge thank you to Jon and Grace for your fast and friendly service!

This print shop took care of my family and our printing needs during a very difficult time in our family when our daughter passed away. They worked with us to ensure that all the printed material for our funeral service and celebration of life was perfect and to our satisfaction. Their timeliness was prompt even though I personally took awhile to get back to them. They worked diligently and we couldn't have asked for more. We love this print shop!

They're just awful. $31 for ground or $75 for air, and I chose ground. But their printer for ground is broken, so they charged me $75 for air saying "this IS our cheapest option right now."

Great Service, friendly staff, smooth, up-to-date processes and reasonable pricing. If you're in Woodland, CA or the vicinity, and need some paperwork printed up in a flash, give these folks a try. I usually swing by a Staples or other big box Office type store to remotely print forms for my job. Email a link, walk in, scan link, print & pay at the printer, walk out. Yeah, try getting any kind of service like that at UPS store or FedEx Office - they stare at you blankly and tell you to login to their antiquated computers (DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!) and print from there. OR for an exorbitant fee, you can login to their sites and request prints and then wait 48 hours for them to be printed. Um, have they not realized it's 2019? But I digress. There are no big box office/printing places in Woodland. So it's UPS, FedEx Office, or F&F. No contest. F&F was able to print multiple files for me, on the fly, in less than 5 minutes. They also have graphic design and other services. They get it and should be richly rewarded for doing so.

I needed to drop off a fedex package and it was too large of a box for the drop box on court street. After some research, I found out F&F is a fedex ship location. I went into the building and there was one customer sitting down. There was no employee around to be seen. Someone poked there head out from behind the partition, glanced at me and went back to the back area. I waited again and when the young man was visible in the back room, I had to call him to ask him the drop off procedure for the package. He said just to drop it off and for me to have a good day, while still in the back area. He didn't have time to come out and greet me or talk to me face to face. I would have preferred if he would have taken a second to come out and acknowledge me. What time is pick up? Do I need to sign? Does anyone watch the packages or can anyone come in and steal one? I left feeling very uneasy. I hope my package got picked up by fedex and not by one of thesee druggies that walks around the area. I've never felt so insecure when dropping off a package to be delivered. There is no proof that I left my fedex shipment there. I felt like going back and picking up my box and take it somewhere else. Try these ideas: Have a sign in sheet. Keep the boxes in private behind the counter like UPS does. Have someone tend to the front counter or make it visible from the back area. Open a window or something. The place was clean, parking was ample, but they had 0 customer service and packages dropped off are unaccounted for, unattended and exposed to theft. The young guy wasn't rude, he was just maybe the only person on site. I'll never ship out using fedex again - left me feeling uneasy and full of anxiety.

This is my go to printers. I highly recommend this printing shop to anyone with a small print job or a large one. They can meet the demand and they are wonderful about it. I always receive great customer care and quality printing. I do a lot of one off jobs, invitations, wedding decor, party decor, cards, business cards and every time it's perfect. Once, I had a problem with the trim job on a poster and I didn't have to think twice about asking them to do it over. They did it with a smile. Support local. We are lucky to have them in Woodland.

These people are thieves. They quote one price and then charge another. Avoid this establishment if you know what's good for you.

these guys are life savers. The ladies ifront were very helpful and the turnaround was quick. Definately goy them on my radar next time i need my copies made.
