“I cannot say enough good things about my experience in the Urgent Care today! The process of making an appt was seamless, and both call center reps I spoke with were kind and helpful. As were all the front desk staff when I arrived. Thank you! Now about my appointment . I was being seen for acute pelvic and lower back pain. I had not been to this urgent care center before, so had some nerves about seeing a physician I did not know. Especially when there is a possibility of a pelvic exam involved when I am already in pain. I was seen by the LOVELIEST P.A. named Amy. I felt like I won the jackpot with her! She was kind, super professional, knowledgeable and incredibly gentle with my exam. She took her time with me and clearly explained a plan of action and next steps to be taken. I felt so relieved to have received such compassionate care! Thanks Amy and all staff! :)”
