I had a really good experience here, i had to cancel it because i was changing my training routine and they were very helpful about cancelling the membership, no hassle.

Scummy contracts, save yourself the headache and money and go to a different gym. Not even close to worth it for the cost

Scummy practices. I went to the gym in person to ask about canceling my membership, only to be told I could cancel it online. After trying to cancel it online and not finding the option, I called, only to be told I had to come to the gym in person to cancel my membership. I don't appreciate the runaround and business practice of banking on someone being too busy or lazy to go in person to cancel their membership. Avoid the hassle, and avoid this place.
UPDATE: I signed up for the month-to-month membership and understood the terms that I needed to provide at least 30 days notice to avoid being charged the next month. Now, I am being told I had only used 1 out of 3 months when I was not even made aware I was signing up for a 3-month minimum. READ THE FINE PRINT OF THE CONTRACT, or better yet, avoid using this gym altogether. There are much more reputable gyms that deserve your membership.

Older bald male employee is a very rude guy needs to fix his attitude!! seems to only be a nice guy to all of the young girls that workout there. Someone needs to put him in check !

NSFit is one of the best gyms that I’ve ever been to. It has all the machines that you could want and there are not many people at a time so you are able to use whatever you need whenever you need it. There are also extremely affordable plans. In addition, the staff is just amazing. They are always there with a smile and can answer any questions at all times! I really recommend coming here.

I’ve been to several gyms in town but they were either dirty with old, worn out equipment or depressingly empty and lifeless. I’m older but I don’t want to be in a gym that caters to seniors (no offense) but I also don’t want to be surrounded by youngsters who are loud distracting. I’m so glad I found NS Fit! I love how huge it is, how all the equipment, which is clean, like new and in top condition, is spread out giving members plenty of room to move and breathe. I never have to wait to use a treadmill. Members always replace their weights, everyone is cool, especially the staff. I often feel awkward when I try out a new gym but not here, at NS Fit I felt like I belonged here from the first day. !!

Very clean and organized. All members are friendly and respectful. I can’t think of a better place. I am almost 70 years old . I have visited a lot of gyms throughout my life. Good job Enrique.

This gym is nice it smells great. They have a variety of gym equipment, you’ll be waiting for a machine if it’s being used because they only have one of each type of equipment. The bathrooms are really well kept and look basically new. Showers are super clean and have soap even in the showers. They have skimpy curtains but they do the job and keep you covered. The lockers are plenty and never in use. The staff is hit or miss, all the girls are super friendly and helpful, I say this because I had to get on of them to cut my lock because I locked my key. The guy that’s usually there looks like he might be Hispanic/caucasian mix with brunette hair kinda chunky, didn’t know what he was doing and wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to get me signed up, after failing he went to get the bald man and he came back saying he just went to lunch ironically making me wait exactly 50 minutes. So after about an hour and 10 minutes I was finally signed up and the bald man helped me get set up with the app. As infuriating as there incompetence and lack of knowledge was. I’d say it was not worth the wait I only stayed with the gym 3 months and visited maybe 4 times per month, seeing them really annoyed me and I can’t believe they couldn’t find more competent and friendly staff. I would say those two were shady, and petty. I’m cancelling my membership and getting an INSHAPE diamond membership again.

Super friendly staff! The teams has someone always cleaning the equipment at all times. The place looks spotless ! The gym has also the ONLY hacksquat machine of its kind in Woodland! Love it here.

I have been working at NS Fit for the last 2 and half years and it only keeps getting better. The gym is always spotless, the locker rooms are always tidy, smelling fresh, and have adjustable lighting for posing. The equipment is is very nice, in great condition and relatively new. Yesterday when I walked in the gym I was surprised to find five new lat pulldown attachments. The gym is structured well and constantly evolving and innovating to best fit the needs of its members. If you are looking for a gym in the Woodland area whether for the day or the long term NS Fit is the right call!
