I visited this Home Depot and the manager was racist because of my skin color, she canceled my proxtra and I asked her if she would give me a discount for an opened item, she replied that black people do not deserve to have any discount, I told her that I would report her and she answered that she didn't care, she was the manager.

HD had the right sized light bulb for our hood microwave. Every other store we checked (Ace, Lowe's, Best Buy) did not carry it, so thank you HD!

Kevin was so helpful, polite and friendly. My daughter and I needed a tile saw. He not only showed us where they were, but went to get a cart, loaded it,and then went to the checkout and loaded it in her truck. It was such a wonderful experience for a big box store.

The Woodland Home Depot is getting worse everyday. I’m a frequent visitor to the store but after today that will change. I showed up to the store at 7:30pm to buy a bunch of wood and noticed the big doors were locked and only self-checkout registers opened. We asked what time they closed and the employee, with hesitation, said 8pm. I knew that was wrong although it looked like they were closed. We told her we were getting a bunch of wood and hopefully load it in the loading area. She told us we can get the wood but then would need to go to customer service to pay. I was not about to push a heavy load of wood around the store because they decided to start closing two hours early. There were 4 employees watching the long line at self checkout. Does it really take that many employees to watch customers check themselves out? Could one employee open up a register, checked us out, then opened the big door so we could load our truck? This was the last draw. The lack of assistance (if you’re lucky to find someone willing to work) is a huge problem. Customers are not a priority at this store. Too many employees getting paid to stand around and management allowing it. I’m taking my business to Ace or Lowes from now on and I highly recommend others do too.

Wonderful service from Jesse in the Paint Department. He helped me located everything I came into the store to purchase. Great customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Great shopping experience!

Horrible customer service,Literally couldn't tell me what 33 rolls of sod would cost.Couldn't tell me when the sod would even be delivered to their store.You can never find anyone to help you.

Does Home Depot even bother trying to train their front line employees anymore? I recently inquired about price matching Walmart for an item that was $12 more at Home Depot. Upon inquiry, the cashier made a blank stare she says "I don't get many requests to price match". (If I was supposed to be embarrassed for asking them to honor their own policy I wasn't) She reluctantly got on the phone to ask a supervisor if Home Depot has price matching. In the end the price match was honored but not the additional 10% mentioned in the terms. I let them keep their 10%, maybe it can be put toward an employee training fund. One star for having what I needed and second for at least having a process to enable the staff to muddle through the transaction.

Worst customer oriented, customer service group I have ever experienced. Last time, I was there someone walked out with a cart of shoplifted items and noone did a thing. #SadWoodHD. Lots of opportunity for improvement.
