I made an appointment online, I was given a confirmation call the day before and upon arrival for the appointment NOBODY IS THERE! I waited 30 min, I call in and the rudest person I’ve ever talked to named Amanda in Modesto says that location is closed until Saturday! JH lost a 10+ yr customer. Never will I refer anyone or go through this location ever again.

I came to Walmart just to go shopping today, and Francis stopped me and asked if I had filed yet. She let me know about different credits and even let me know about my stimulus. Definitely going back.
