Drove from Citrus Heights. So happy to have any medical supplier where you can see an item and bring it home same day. Found after Amazon failed to deliver on same day item like wheelchair/ramp to get z80 yr old stroke victim into the house, thickener so he can swallow liquids, heavy duty chucks and briefs. You know ,stuff Amazon figures you can wait 2 or 3 days after they say oh, delayed in transit not coming today. Lots of snarky remarks with a kernel of truth, updating website is critical. But they are here, A brick And mortar Place with items in stock, competing against big box and amazon. Thanks.

It was well worth the drive from Vacaville to Woodland to receive top customer service. Tyler definitely earned a 10 from us. Even on the phone, Tyler was professional and offered different options to best meet our needs. We definitely left Woodland as happy customers.

Although I did not have the opportunity to purchase anything here because they didn't have what I needed, the woman helping me was courteous and helpful in giving me some names and numbers of places that may be able to suit my needs better. That is great customer service!

I called this place twice now. The man who answered made me feel like I was disrupting his day , by asking, if they calibrate blood pressure machines . I got an abrupt NO . Not one recommendation . Also called -with a prescription for tubes for my breathing machine - again a NO with no recommendation as to where I can find them - Not really sure what these folks do -but they are not helpful on any level.

I'm currently pregnant and my feet have been super swollen :( . My doctor let me know about a medical store here in town, where I can get maternity compression stockings. I went in today thinking I can find something to treat my swollen feet. Well once I walked in there was a young gentleman at the front desk. I said hello and walked to where I thought i would find the stockings and he stopped me right away, and asked in a not so nice tone.. can I help you!?!? I said yes I'm looking for maternity compression stockings. Honestly before I even finished my sentence he says I DON'T HAVE THEM! Very rudely. Then he says I'll have to order them. He seemed annoyed, so by this time I just said hmm ok no thank you and walked away. I would of let him order them for me, but his poor customer service made me just say no thank you. I'll take my swollen feet elsewhere lol.

asked for help with an item( bubber tips for a cane) . decided to take a couple sizes with me to determine the correct fit at home. was told by the sales guy that he hated that because he "didn't like to do returns." So I told him that I really didn't want to burden him, and left without anything. going elsewhere. l**** service.

Had to get some things for my wife after her surgery. Checked the website and It said the Woodland location was open Saturdays 10-3. Waited for 20 minutes for them to open thinking the person might have been late. Never opened. Ended up calling their Vacaville store since I NEEDED the supplies that day. Lady told me that they Woodland location has not been open on Saturdays for over a year. When I mentioned that the website said differently, she replied "Oh well don't depend on the website." So, I won't depend on them either.

The service is decent enough when buying or ordering supplies , but the Jackson corporation or whoever, should invest in upgrading their technology. Specifically , have gone in a couple of times recently, only to find that no sales can be done unless you have cash or checkbook. Because of technical breakdown etc. Certainly does not help the customer rep any. Meanwhile , they have to wait for tech support and some of us cannot get our stuff. Certainly don't want to have to run to Vacaville or elsewhere, and am one of those who don't carry a lot of cash or checkbook. Please then consider investing in more adequate software and equipment. Has to be very frustrating for the store staff trying to do their job!
