Love the local store. Nice hometown feel. But complex needs a new roof. The staff do the best they can. Customer service is great.

I found the store to be clean and friendly. Selections are limited, as it is a small store. I used to go there all the time. Then I got disillusioned. They advertised $10 off coupons. I went in, and the coupon was for the following week. I went back the following week and tried to use the coupon. I found 4 things I wanted. The coupon was not good on one of them. I have never experienced that before at Penneys. An unpleasant experience. I have not gone back.

Yari it's excellent with her customer service just one of the best she deserves a raise in a two week pay vacation from JCPenney's anywhere she wants to go she's a great employee please don't lose her that's cool

This is not pertaining to the store itself but the company as a whole. They decided to close my credit card account even though I had paid it off and when I asked about reinstating it all they basically said was the account cannot be reopened and I can apply for a new one if need be. So I got punished for paying off my balance? It hurt my credit score since they closed the whole account. If you have a credit card with then, DO NOT USE IT. They can easily close the account for no good reason apparently so because of the whole situation I have decided to never go shopping with JCPenney again which is a shame since I liked the store but not when they can screw over their customers.

I bought some jewelry from the store. That was my first time buying jewelry from there. when I had my purchase at the moment cashier did not inform me what is the return policy of jewelry. I didn't get open my jewlry box till last week. After wearing one day jewlry color got changed. I decided to return it when I went to store to return it and then found out. Went one day over than 60 days. Manger Ruby said no she can’t return it because of one day.

It would be zero stars, but, the employees are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate that the employees have to work in such horrible conditions. The mall is responsible for the building, etc, and this is not being kept up. The mall has allowed long wait times to repair damage done by violent "customers". I've seen the glass door shattered by a person throwing a trash can.....more than once! Only to see the doors boarded up until the mall repairs. Inside, thieves come in and grab armfuls of clothing and run back out. I've seen the employees having to take verbal abuse and even seen one thief raise his fists and threaten one of the employees. Surely, JCP makes plenty of money that part of it can provide safety for the employees and the customers! Mall security isn't enough. JCP needs to have security guard in the store! The world is too crazy to not have security!

This place is weird. Trash cans all over the store with hoses running down. Loud beeping noise all over the product next to the register. Employees are great, the esthetic is not. Management can do better.
