“BEST JEWELER AROUND!!My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary!We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if she'd be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, don't recommend if you have a big stone!)First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 childrenSecond, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way.She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
