Horrible experience. Horrible communication. Took way too long to fix something minor. They didn’t talk to my insurance company and fixed things they wasn’t supposed to do now they want me to pay 8 thousand out of pocket because they’re money hungry people and didn’t talk to the insurance company about what they was supposed to fix. I talked to the manager and he hung up on me because I didn’t care to listen to his excuses on why this happened. Do not go here!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Needed a body adjustment, was quoted a fair price and time frame. Work was completed under estimate and in the same day. Staff was very nice and everyone is accommodating. I would recommend and return when future work is needed.

Bad customer service and they don't uphold there deadline. I got four different deadlines and every single time I got told me they need more time. It's looks to me they don't prioritize their clients. This is second time I went to get my car fixed here, last time it was the same they took a lot longer than the deadline I was given and I thought this time it would be different but no I was the same exact experience.

Lindstrom's has been in business for many years because they consistently perform quality work. The owners, Rick and Jon, are always on-site. You can't stay in business that long in a small town without providing a stellar finished product, first class service and guaranteed satisfaction in their work. Their work on my Audi Q7 hood damage was as good as it left the factory.Services: Painting

Everyone at this business, without exception, is kind and professional. I want to call out John. I had a very unique, very custom ask. He worked patiently and hand in hand with me to figure out the best solution, and how to get it done. And let's just say what he charged was exponentially fair.

I highly recommend this place! They are extremely professional and did a wonderful job on my Audi Q3. This is my third time using their repair services and I have never been disappointed. I will be back if I get into another accident. Take your car here and ignore the review where it was claimed the staff was rude. This is not true. Everyone has always been extremely nice.

They repaired a vandalism body work problem so it was especially meaningful to me at the time that everyone at Lindstrom's was kind, courteous and very timely with customer service. Lindstrom is top quality Body shop. Years ago they restored my jeep and just recently replaced a catalytic converter verter stolen from my pickup. They went the extramile to find an OEM replacement. Their professional service is also personable! Hard to beat!
