I would like to thank Viktoria, who was so helpful to me. I needed a boxspring right away. They were out of the size I needed, and she went to the trouble of locating one for me in a nearby store and then setting up the purchase and double checking in to make sure that I had all the details necessary to make my experience an easy one. We came into Mattress Firm in Woodland not really planning to buy a mattress that day — just to look around and get a sense of what was out there. But after working with Viktoria, we walked out confident and excited with a new bed!
From the moment we met her, Viktoria made us feel comfortable and cared for. She wasn’t pushy at all — just super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find what would work best for us. She took the time to explain the differences between all the brands and models, helped us understand what fit our sleep styles and budget, and even drew up multiple quotes so we could compare our options.
Because she’s a manager, she was able to add incredible value with discounts and special pricing, and she even went as far as calling the warehouse to track down specific parts for the bed frame we wanted. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way.
Honestly, we wouldn’t have bought a mattress that day if it hadn’t been for Viktoria. She completely changed what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a fun, easy, and genuinely enjoyable experience. If you’re shopping for a mattress, ask for Viktoria — she’s the best!.
