Seems like the girls working here are not educated in their own company. I tried to port out and they kept telling me I did not need anything other than my account number and pin but the other company kept telling me I needed a transfer pin, Customer service kept sending me to the store for verification since my phone was broken but the girls kept telling me they do not need transfer pins. The girls working here need to do more training because it seems like they don't know their own company rules

Spend almost 3 hours but they don't know how to do or what to do. They will try to rob you in every possible way. They tried to charge me for the free phone that I was supposed to get while switching to metropcs. Horrible customer service.

I've had multiple problems with slow uploads and for long downloads even when my data has not been used up. Had weird things going on with my machine that I have addressed with my service department and we've done everything short of shaking bones over the phone and praying to the Moon and it hasn't worked but did you just keep going on and sometimes the phone works well and sometimes it doesn't I just keep pushing on and I just hope that this this new application will work for us

First off, let me first say that metro by tmobile, is always amazing and beyond helpful to me.. That is, on the phone and every other store, other than this one.. giving them a 1 star is saying that they are slightly good, which is not the case whatsoever.. They overcharge to activate a phone.. they have "requirements" that are constantly changing and are never the case if you return and state something that you were told in prior visits.. ive even had to have a rep on the phone as i went in and they wouldnt honor a credit i was entitled to, so i had to have the rep on the phone to go and credit it after the fact.. Ive never in my life encountered people as rude and unhelpful as i have in this woodland, ca. Location.. they do nothing that requires them to put in any work that might make them think.. they refuse to help you if they dont want to.. theyve told me to activate a phone i had already would be $65.. just to activate it.. i could go on and on but it would take many hours to do so.. my advice, drive to a location outside of woodland if you can.. This store gives metro by tmobile a really really bad name.. and i truly hope that metro by tmobile does something about this soon, as id really hate to change providers simply cause i dont want to deal with lackluster and blatantly rude, unprofessional (supposed to be professional) customer service agents.. let me say again that over the phone and every other store location has always went above and beyond in their service and friendly and professional services, except for this specific store on w. Court st in woodland, ca..

If I could give this a zero trust me I would No stars at all butI will never be going back here ever again horrible customer service I had purchased a device from them And it turned out that the device that I bought from them was damaged it was giving me issues They did not want to give me a refund They were telling me that I would have to go to Sacramento to do the refund / exchange because they don't do refunds on upgrades when clearly on the receipt it says you have 14 days to do the exchange or return the device They did not want to help me they were very rude and unprofessional so I don't recommend you going to this location because they give you false information and they don't want to help you out and they try to send you to another location

I had the worst customer service ever by the associate Stephanie who claimed to be the manager. After purchasing a case in the afternoon 10/05/20, decided to return it at around 6:00pm. The same associate informe me that it was a final sale.
