Doesn't matter the location, Dignity Health is a complete joke. Wow, just a mess. Want to talk to billing, good luck. Finally get hold of billing, good luck understanding whoever you are speaking to. Explain that you can't understand them due their really heavy accent, go through the whooooole process again. They are trained to waste your time. Finally got hold a lady at the hospital, she said all accounts are on hold because the whole company is in training!!!! WTF

If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would. This organization in Woodland is the worst in the entire USA!I signed up with them because of their commercials of how they care about their patients. I had a good doctor for me, but she quit Dignity Health after only 10 months.I was given notice that I need to choose a new doctor. I picked out 2 doctors and was told they are both available. So I asked for an appointment to meet the new doctor to go over my history and to get my blood work going. The bad news is, there are no doctors available for 11 months (Nov. 2023). After several calls, I was able to get another doctor lined up for May 2023. May 2023 came, and they rescheduled my appointment to July 31, 2023Today is July 18, 2023 and my appointment schedule in my portal is empty, it says I have no new appointments. So I called Dignity (Of course it took forever to get a live person) - they informed me that my doctor had to reschedule because he was going on vacation. The new appointment was supposed to be Aug. 24, 2023. Next she informed me that the doctor is going out of town again on Aug. 24, 2023Now that the phooey am I supposed to do?I asked for a supervisor who whoever is in charge of this place. Of course, there is no one there, I have to leave a message and pray that someone calls me back. I was told it could be a few days. Now I am royally pissed! During this conversation I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally, the lady came back on. I asked about seeing a PA or NP soon because I have a blood test scheduled (Which also took months to get at Quest). She was able to get me an appointment in Mid August with a PA (Where is the "F" is a doctor?) I am done! I am done with Dignity health. I AM DONE!They take your money then they don't care about you anymore."F"! Dignity health!HEED this warning- AVOID Dignity Health - They are the worst place!!!!!

Went with son to urgent care last night. The staff here at Dignity urgent care were wonderful. We were treated promptly and professionally. Despite having health issues, it was an amazing experience.

I went in for a UTI and waited and waited. i paid $105.00 upfront first (I have no insurance at this point). After a 35 minute wait, I finally saw a doctor for 15 minutea. While sitting in a chair in the room he asked a few questions and pressed on my lower abdomen and asked if this hurt. He asked if I wanted to send my urine sample in to a lab (more cost) to check for sensitivity to the antibioti he prescribed and I said sure. He said he would call me in 4 days to check on me but he never called. Then about 10 days later I get the bill for the lab work $199.00 (doc said it would be about $100) but do I ever hear from anyone about the lab results - NO! I had to call to request the results. Later that day, the doctor's medical assistant called and first words out of her mouth were, Dr.so and so called you but you didn't answer your phone. She gave the results and asked if the medication helped. Also, I checked my phone's recent calls and I had no missed calls!! On top of all this I then received a bill for the physician which was well over $500. I called to question this charge given I paid money at the time of the visit and the billing clerk put me on hold, came back and the bill was reduced to $236.00. Even at $341.00 ($236.00 + $105.00) for 15 mimutes, that's $1.364.00 an hour!!! WOW !!!!

I took my son, who is just visiting from our home country, to urgent care on a Sunday. As it was late in the day when we came and so by the time, the doctor saw him, it was past their closing time. He had an asthma attack and was treated via nebullizer twice at 15 mins each time. My son was also not impressed with the doctor who treated him. My son, as a tourist, has travel insurance but we have to front the payment first then get reimbursed. It is quite unbelievable that this outfit will not give a bill in-person, but rather mail the bill in 3-4 weeks' time. This outfit does not have even have an email system (this outfit must be sleeping when technology was getting invented)! I finally got the bill for more than $800! and no detailed charges even. Just a summary!! When I called them, I was told that again, they will mail me the detailed charges which will take how many days again. By the time, I get all the information for submission to the insurance so we can get reimbursed, my son would have returned to our home country. As the reimbursement might be in his name, then I am stuck with the costs since my son will not return until late in the year during the holidays. He also had an attack the month before but he received great and quick treatment from another clinic in Davis.I got the bill for my son's treatment in the clinic in Davis as soon as treatment was given and was reimbursed in a month's time.I also find the staff to be not as helpful/welcoming as one would expect from an urgent care/medical care clinic. I requested with desperation and clarified and explained on the need to get the bill right away as soon as my son received the treatment but they were not concerned at all.No stars for this outfit and I will avoid coming to this again.

ZERO STARS !! Urgent Care meaning illnesses or injuries which requires prompt attention right ??? If felt like being ignored I'd go to the ER low key.... Receptionist are extremely rude to busy chatting amongst one another to acknowledge customers standing in front of them.Literally get worst every time.If you do not like your job do not work in the field of customer service. What is going on.... Read other reviews seems to be the same MO and nothing being done shame.

The good, the bad, and the ugly... In nearly constant & excruciating pain, it took two years of seeing multiple providers until I finally received a nasty diagnosis. A condition which calls for aggressive antibiotics and surgical removal. While truly horrific, it doesn't have to be chronic, if treated properly. Upon receiving the diagnosis I was still living in Placer County, before moving to Yolo County, where I had to switch Primary Care providers, (as a disabled recipient of Medi-CAL). So, I arrive at Dignity Health, Woodland Clinic... No sooner do I establish care with a new primary, upload my medical records into their system, and visit the first two surgeons who could potentially even help, (which took months), before it becomes abundantly clear that nobody seems they can be bothered to actually read the records, essentially disregards my established diagnosis & suggests a referral to psychiatrist. Referrals got messed up, faxes got lost; etc. (It seems you can't even get a simple cyst removed here). You can talk... Untill you're literally blue in the face.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to Urgent Care on Friday when they first opened. I got there at 8am. I was the first patient followed by two others. When they took me to a room, it was 8:20. I went because I woke up with flank pain. I had an appointment at Sutter Davis at 10am but was in a good amount of pain that I couldn't wait for my appointment. When I told the nurse what was going on, she said she could offer me an appointment at 10am. She then went on to tell me that a physician doesn't come in for Urgent Care until 9am. I then proceeded to ask her, "why is URGENT CARE open at 8am then? She answered, "we often ask ourselves that as well. That is a management and scheduling issue."The whole reason of URGENT Care is to be seen asap!!! She asked if I wanted the 10am appointment, I said no and ended up going to the emergency room. Turns out, I had a partial obstruction in my bowel. Something urgent care could have found but now I have to pay an emergency room bill due to no physician at this facility when they open.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience in the Urgent Care today! The process of making an appt was seamless, and both call center reps I spoke with were kind and helpful. As were all the front desk staff when I arrived. Thank you! Now about my appointment . I was being seen for acute pelvic and lower back pain. I had not been to this urgent care center before, so had some nerves about seeing a physician I did not know. Especially when there is a possibility of a pelvic exam involved when I am already in pain. I was seen by the LOVELIEST P.A. named Amy. I felt like I won the jackpot with her! She was kind, super professional, knowledgeable and incredibly gentle with my exam. She took her time with me and clearly explained a plan of action and next steps to be taken. I felt so relieved to have received such compassionate care! Thanks Amy and all staff! :)
