Safe and secure. I stored my things here for over a year. I cleaned out my storage and everything was safe abd untouched as I had left it. The staff is always friendly, proffessional and helpful.

Used Pioneer self storage to store my items for 7 months over the summer and exchange programs, good security and great price ($60 a month for a pretty sweet storage room). Really helpful staff as well!

This was my first time using a storage unit and the staff explained everything with great detail. Very clean storage units in a safe environment. I'd use their services again and would recommend to anyone in need of extra storage.

Found the fire sprinkler system leaking on our stored items.
All of the staff were quick to respond and we were able to get all our stored items out.i
We got everything moved into a new unit with more room without a change in rental rate.
Overall everything went OK.

Over the 7-8 yrs we used pioneer self storage when our family relocated to Maui but couldn’t ship a lot of the antiques or heirlooms that would get destroyed by the brackish air, so we chose pioneer self storage and since day one they never let us down.
The entire time we’ve never had any issues, Kristi and crystal in the office are by far exceptional at what they do, always staying in clear communication and even allowing us to work with them if we had a payment issue or whatever the case., but never feeling like we were going to lose our stuff like I hear other storage places do to people.
We appreciated them so much, pretty much feel like we were family after that many years, and it felt like saying goodbye to family when we left.
Big thank you to Kristi , crystal, and the pioneer staff from our family for keeping our special and important things safe! Priceless to us!

We stored our our motorcycle and RV at Pioneer Storage and could not be happier.
The whole process was seamless, the staff are excellent, and the site is totally secure and immaculate.

We had a smaller sized storage, but it was perfect and very secure. The administrative team is incredibly communicative and super nice. We had a 26 ft UHaul to load our stuff up and one of the ladies helped us open the side gate to let it out. We also got to ride one of the golf carts. I would give that ride a 7/5 on its own. This was truly a perfect storage experience.

The staff are awesome, and they are very helpful. In fact, one time I left my RV unlocked and they called to let me know as they check them monthly. Great customer service and support.

I highly recommend Pioneer Self storage in Woodland for both storage unit and vehicle storage. My trailer was safe and secure and if there was ever any problem they would call me. I stored it at another place and had my battery stolen. Pioneer Storage has great security ??
