Went there as a walk in around 10, understand they seem busy still did my pedicure and manicure. Seemed very rushed specially my manicure, not satisfied with the results. Was expecting a better service paid $95.

Kim and another lady did me and my friends nails, they kept on filing our skin and not the nails. They were also judging how short our nails were like girl we just trimmed them. Kim also cut off a lot of my nail. My friend had a really bad bruis on her nail but it was getting better so there was a skin around her nail to protect it but the lady just picked off the skin like it was nothing my friend already told her to be careful but she didn't. Also once I got home the nail polish started peeling off. Kim also acted like she didn't care when I told her that she got the wrong color like me and my friend are NEVER coming back.😤

If you are looking for a clean nail place that doesn't work on multiple people at the same time while making you feel like they are talking about you in a different language, then this is not the place for you. I will be taking my business out of town.

I moved to woodland earlier this year and chose to keep getting my nails done in Sacramento until I could find a new reliable shop with genuine customer service. This is definitely the best shop I’ve come across and they’re always so sweet. 10/10 pedis and their prices are exactly whats marketed. My new favorite place for my pedis.

I love going to Pro-File Nails. I’ve been going there every couple of weeks for several years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect and I have never seen them treat anyone badly.
I was in the shop this morning when the previous reviewer came in asking for change. She walked in not long after the salon opened and all of the employees were busy with customers. It took them a minute to ask around, but no one had change. It doesn’t seem fair to give a bad review because they couldn’t break a $20 bill. No one was rude or disrespectful about it.

I have been taking my business to Profile Nails since they opened, and I have known the Owner since before she owned the business. After reading a post that said the staff were rude and disrespectful, and that the Owner’s response was dishonest, I wanted to defend the owner and her staff who have always been very professional, polite and friendly, and never ever dishonest. Perhaps it was a communication or language barrier, but I can vouch that this is a business with an Owner that is extremely honest and is always willing to accept accountability and is not afraid to apologize & try to make her customers happy. It’s not easy to run a business but all of the staff at Profile Nails work very hard to make it successful.

Rude and disrespectful when I walked in. Editing to add context since owners reply isn’t honest. I went to the golden one ATM pulled out cash. I walked in an politely asked if someone could break a twenty. The lady in the first chair with 2 customers said yes we can break it. I waited and made eye contact with the man was sitting in the last nail tech chair … I asked him if he could break a twenty and that I was going to get my nails done he looked away from me swatting his hand like I was a fly and said go to the bank next door… uttered something… so I walked out. Just needed to hand my child $10 as he went to tryouts for volleyball and planned to get my nails done in the meantime. This place looks nice but super rude!

Nice job on the pedicure. The hand nails dipped with extensions are pretty but ok, the process was rushed. Would come back again when is not busy.

The overall atmosphere when you walk in is not at all friendly or welcoming. The specific gentleman who did my daughter's pedicure was friendly and made my daughter feel more comfortable. I was extremely frustrated because my middle school age daughter and her friend went there to get pedicures together to get ready for a school dance, and they were placed at opposite ends of the room so they could not speak to each other or even see each other really, despite the fact that the stations on either side of her friend were open. I pointed out that they were together but was ignored. They then proceeded to put the next two people who walked through the door in those seats. So the girls had to sit in silence next to strangers which completely defeated the plan to get pedicures together.

We went there for the first time for a pedicure and manicure. Had an appointment but still waited forty five minutes period they didn't clean under the nails at all and it was the most rushed and sloppy pedi-mani ever. Between both of us we gave them a hundred and sixty dollars and it was not worth it. Don't go there waste of money..

I got a pedicure the other day and it was an awful experience to say the least. The woman was completely unamused and kept leaving to eat her fruit and would bring the fruit back to her stool, eat it while I sat there, did not get new gloves after eating with them on, and then proceeded with her dirty gloves. She also quite painfully ripped out a hang nail on my toe that is now infected and so painful. To top it off she put scalding hot paraffin wax on my feet, which she immediately took off and had to run cold water over me because it burned. She then rushed through my pedicure and the polish isn’t even covering my whole toenail. The place was filthy, the workers very clearly don’t like what they do and now I have an infection in my toe. Awful experience!! Do not book here.

This was the worst experience. I have been here 3 times because it’s in my neighborhood and I wanted to like them. They do an awful job, everytime. One woman was eating fruit while doing my pedicure the wiped her hand on my leg, it was so gross. The other time the woman burned my foot so bad with the wax and was annoyed that it was too hot. This last time the woman walked away in the middle of my service to do eyebrows for two other customers and left me sitting for 18 minutes then came back and gave me the worst pedicure. The polish didn’t cover my toes it was applied so poorly it started to chip and peel the next day. I would suggest not going here. They do not take care or pride in the work they do.
