I've used Raleys Pharmacy in Woodland for several years with very few problems. Friendly staff and pharmacists, meds are ready on time and Larry, the lead pharmacist, is knowledgeable and a nice guy. Easy renewal on-line or by phone and filled within a day unless the doc needs to renew. I can email my doc and the meds are usually ready the next day, if the pharmacy sends a renewal it takes a couple of days. On my regular meds they will front me a couple of days if the renewal is delayed and I'm out.

I've gone in to the store a few times and if you ask an employee where something is at they give you the NASTIEST attitude. You are better off looking for things on your own. Never coming here again.

Went to Raleys today in the morning. There was a young woman that worked at the self check out. I needed help so I looked at her and waved at her. She made eye contact and then she just stared at me. Obviously, I'm waving at you for a reason. I waited for her to ask if I needed help and she didn't say anything. So, I had to tell her if she could help me which she did. Then I had to come back into the store again, because I saw some nice big oranges. Again...went to self checkout. I was having problems with weighing the oranges. Where was she? She was on the side just talking with another employee. I needed help so I had to confront her again. Then when it came to the bag option on the screen it wasn't working. I looked to see where she was at again and she was talking to the same employee. By now I'm just frustrated, because she should be paying attention to the customers that need help. So, I didn't even bother to ask her and moved to the next self check out. Second time the same problem was happening with the weighing and bag charge. I looked at her then she opens up the self check out to see what's wrong with it. Finally I just went to a cashier, because I was too upset. Management please let your employees know if they are working at the self check out to pay attention to the customers that need help!

I have been using this story since 2004. Started using another store several year ago because they had better prices, but that was only temporary, so went back to Raley's and have been happy. Employees there are now friends and they are very helpful. Only complaint I would have is that sometimes they are out of stock of an item I use regularly, but I assume that's probably because it wasn't delivered or it was discontinued.

Old blonde lady at self-check out is very rude and also racist. She asked to see my receipt which I would understand, but she did not ask any other people, who were all white, in that area to see their receipts. If she had been at her station where she was supposed to be, doing her job, she wouldn't have needed to bother me about my receipt. Just because I didn't have my items in a bag, doesn't mean I didn't pay for them, especially when I don't want to pay for a reusable bag that I won't reuse.
