As a retired phlebotomist myself, I have been very impressed with the care I have been given at Suter Labs. particularly the Pioneer location. They are fast, efficient, painless and very professional, while being warm and friendly. I was with Dignity Health, before the lab was sold to Quest. I am very happy with Sutter Health and particularly this lab location. I highly recommend! L Renee Scanlon

Disorganized, inefficiently run, and extremely slow to respond to urgent medical issues, this office embodies what's wrong with the health industry in the US. While they haven't done anything that would warrant a lawsuit, their small but very frequent, therefore annoying mistakes and appalling inefficiency (lack of a dedicated email and an app that the staff can't process messages for months from) have led me to sever all ties with the establishment. The only positive aspect is that the primary care doctor is a fairly nice person. I would recommend avoiding this office if at all possible or be prepared for high costs and mediocre service.

I visit to Sutter health care in woodland with doctor Manuel Diaz on April 5th everyone was o nice there and specially the doctor Diaz he was so nice and listen me very care fully I love to go there .highly recommend there..thanks

Accused me of recording them because my phone was tilted against the computer keyboard when I had set it down during a lifting test , after that test I went into a different room for a different lady to test my TB shot I had never seen her prior to this and the first thing she said when she walked in was "are you still recording?" Then the Dr who first accused me of recording them walked by & asked to speak to that woman alone without knowing I could hear the whole conversation they were having about ME Wow. I really want to know what reasoning I would have to record them they aren't even my regular doctors I'm probably never going to see them again this was just for a job , had they been my regular doctors I would be finding a new clinic for me and my family right now.

The phlebotomists here are exceptional, excellent and all look like movie stars! They are so thoughtful and patient and are extremely skilled in their field. They have never hurt anyone in my family ever. BRAVO to the woodland staff. We are blessed to have them here in our little town.

Want friendly expert lab techs then go here. Always greeted with a smile & calling me by name before I even check-in. I'm a difficult "stick"(rolling small veins) which requires several attempts before getting a successful draw. Not a problem here. I'm in & out with the first try. Highly recommend this location.

The phlebotomists here are excellent, just a teeny p**** hurting less than a mosquito bite and that's it. No pain or discomfort. I'm so glad to be able to come here now for blood work.
