This Target does not seem to be enforcing the county-wide mask mandates, despite there being clear signage at the entrance explaining that masks are required. I have been to other Targets that require customers to wear masks, so I'm not sure why this location isn't. I'll steer clear of this one.

This store cheats customers by charging them ten cents for bags. They don't tell you before they do it either.

I used to really like the women's clothing at Target. Not really sure what's happened this past year or so. It's so bad!!

Ordered online and picked up in store. The girl who brought my order acted like she didn't want to work. The items were too dirty that I wanted to return. However they said I couldn't return them on the same day even though I didn't receive any emails saying that I picked up the order. They asked me to bring the two stools home and come back the next day. What kind of system is that? This's so ridiculous and unprofessional

This is by far the worst target in the area. Every time I visit this store the shelves are empty, if I place a drive up order it doesn't get processed. Today I placed a drive up order, after 2.5 hours and still not receiving the order I go in to the store and the guy is worthless, says he doesn't know what's going on or when they will be able to take drive up orders again and it's a target wide problem where they are no longer accepting drive up orders... yet there were workers in the store fulfilling online orders. I asked why they're still accepting drive up orders and he couldn't answer me. So frustrating and a waste of time.

I love Target but today when I came in I had not gotten 50 ft into the store and I had already encountered 8 people without masks. Small business owners have to enforce the mandate or risk being fined and we care about the well being of our employees and customers. Apparently Target in Woodland can't be bothered and when asked if they had even asked the maskless patrons to put one on they answered they had not. I'm greatly disappointed in my local target. I guess you should avoid shopping here if you are immunocompromised or at high risk for Covid.

The manager Andrew has absolutely horrible customer service skills!!!! He made me feel like I was lying about my return that I never got money back on my gift card! Absolutely horrible service! I'm so turned off by the way he dealt with me! I'm literally at target every other day shopping! Definitely not returning! I'd rather go to davis

This is the best Target i've been to and i've been to almost all of them in northern california. It's huge and they always have what i need as their shelves are always stocked. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with a return a couple months back, but the girl helping me was new and it seemed to be a system error. They had a TL come out to assist with the return and it was all fixed in less than ten minutes! All around, great store!

I went into Target today with my two daughters (like I do often) and I just wanted to recognize our cashier, Kevin. He was so friendly and very helpful with the target app. Thanks so much Kevin and target!

We shop at Target in Woodland 2 - 3 times each week. We always enjoy stopping at the Cafe to see Teresa Saldana. She is always full of energy and takes time to ask about our family. Even during the March - June time period when the Cafe was closed due to COVID-19 concerns, she would be busy sanitizing and would always take time to ask about us.She is an outstanding Target employee (and she makes great popcorn) and a great example for your employees. No matter how busy she is, she always has her friendly smile and makes us feel at home!!

The Woodland Target is not enforcing the state mandated mask requirement for all customers. On my visit today, a group of 4 unmasked women were in the store shopping and approached the self check out the same time as me. The Target clerk directed them to a kiosk with no reminder about wearing a mask. When I told the Target employee there is a mask requirement, she shrugged her shoulders and said she can't enforce it. Unacceptable! I'm done with this Target. If they don't value state and local laws and my health, my business will go elsewhere.

I went today to buy Father's Day cards. The governor made face masks mandatory but no one at Target was enforcing the rule. This was very disturbing and my cashier told me that the store is not refusing access to the store even if people aren't wearing their masks. I felt very sorry for shoppers and employees. What is the use of the governor mandating face masks if a store won't enforce it? I will not be back until Target follows the governor's mandate and protects employees and customers alike. Very disappointing.

I mean. It's Target, so it's not my ideal place to shop but I'll definitely go there if I have had a few drinks (read: Bottles). The staff is friendly and their sale items line up with my expectations.
