This place is pretentious and exclusive. Don't try to volunteer for them, they will gate-keep you from learning what you want to know. There was also complete disregard for humanity in how they dealt with me. I came in to learn and be around humans, they didn't bother responding to me when I said hello the last time I went. I'm disabled, and you're a fucking 501c3 ... get your shit together. ..You should be working around my needs, not trying to make me feel bad for not being like you or incapable of what YOU are capable of. Everyone is different. You're funded in order to dispense knowledge. It isn't like we are studying aerospace engineering here. So why did I leave feeling stupid, unwanted and like no one would help me?And for fucks sake, I took time out of my life to spend with you and to assist your nonprofit. I essentially got spittle in my face. I actually wanted to be friends with those fucks too. Also, try hiring people from Woodland to run the Woodland shop. Davis people are out of touch.

For the Davis location: Super helpful and knowledgeable staff who clearly want to help people learn how to repair and maintain their bikes! They were so patient and worked to make my bike safer and run smoother. Would definitely return!

Why aren't there more reviews for this place? It's great! Wide selection of used bikes all tuned up and ready to go. So much easier than combing craigslist. And Maria is so committed to helping people find bikes that they love "so that they'll ride more!" Our family is very Covid cautious and appreciates this all-outdoor option at The Cannery.

honest and trusting service friendly very family-oriented, and the best place to learn to be more independent and strong-minded as you ride your bike 24/7

Great place to buy a good and affordable bike. They also fix bikes and train in the rules of the road.
