I went to the UPS pick-up point inside this store for the first time, and it was an awful experience. My tracking clearly showed that my package was at this location, but the staff claimed they didn’t have it. Mistakes happen — but what made it worse was the attitude of the two women working there. They were extremely rude, constantly talking over me, and giving me “smart” remarks instead of actually helping.
Rather than answering my questions or guiding me on what to do next, they kept repeating the same thing and trying to “educate” me on the UPS process — which I didn’t come for. I just needed help finding my package. Their tone and behavior were unprofessional and made me feel completely disrespected.
It honestly felt like they treated me differently because of my background, which is unacceptable. I will never return to this location, and I hope this place takes a serious look at how customers are being treated here.

Best place in woodland for your home improvement goods! Not only can you feel good about supporting a local family business. The store is big and immaculate! Employees happy to help you find your goods and help with any questions! Haven’t received such service since I was at the 4 seasons hotel. Skip the big box store head ache, come for the convenience and receive the service. My only shop for home goods when I am in woodland!

Excellent customer service.
They have a uhaul rental section also. Staff is very informative and patient. Brittany is especially helpful and kind. Give that girl a raise!

What a great experience. I came in Late on a Saturday and the staff was friendly and so helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. They have so much stuff here. I love this store and will be back. This will be the only Hardware store I shop at from now on. You guys are amazing

Great location. Great customer service. Recently had an issue with a trimmer I purchased. Stopped working within a few minutes of using it. Although it's not their policy to accept returns on mowers, the owner was understanding and took care of the situation.
