The night mare with this bank continues so I try to put fuel in my 18 wheeler card declined with over 9000 in bank they say card is over limit I haven't used card today they say I can ask for a raise it will take a hour so I wait an hour still can't get fuel so I call back 2nd lady says no it takes 24 hrs so hear I sit In a loaded 18 wheeler with over 9000 in my bank and unable to get fuel this bank is a freaking joke

The worst bank ever. As a business owner we need cash on our register and I went to them three times and they don't hve quarter for that each weeks I came. This is ridiculous. And I explained and asked them, their answer just said we short of coins. Definitely I'm gonna need to change my bank.

Excellent customer service! I had a great experience here with two tellers who helped me organize accounts with my college bound son. I left thinking that they were very helpful and that it was a nice experience. Later in the week I had an experience at a different bank in town that was TERRIBLE!! The teller was rude, she argued with me, rolled her eyes at me. It was insane. The negative experience made me even that much more thankful for the experience I had at US Bank. I will be closing the accounts at the other bank and doing more business with US Bank in Woodland. Thank you for treating your customers with respect and friendliness. It is greatly appreciated!

Over Thanksgiving the family was having a discussion on banking experiences and I realized I really have it good with US Bank--so here I am giving long-overdue feedback. I haven't had a bad experience at the Woodland US Bank branch. There's hardly ever a wait and all of the tellers are very polite and personable. I would give this branch a 5-star review if not for the few times the ATM has been out-of-service--being the only US Bank ATM in town, that is sometimes frustrating. However, to be fair I think it's only happened twice in the 5+ years I have been a customer. I can't speak about the manager or how she treats her employees--I have never had a negative experience with her nor have I seen anything amiss with her treatment of the tellers. I joined US Bank when I moved out of state after banking with Yolo FCU. Golden 1 is closer to where I work and live now, but I haven't switched because I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

I would give this 0 stars if I could.. I was discriminated against at this location and was refused Acess to my AVAILABILE BALANCE by the assistant Manager and was told I would need to go to another branch in order to access my money from my business Account...

Your fraud providers are not in sync with procedures, when I called twice about a fraud in my account I've been given two different answers. This last time I called it has taken two more week just for me to have to find out why I haven't been credited back in my account! What do you know the person I talk to says the person that put in my dispute isn't in and I'll have to wait three more days. Us bank your a joke, I'll be leaving your company for a more reliable bank.

This bank branch is absolutely terrible. The customer service here is extremely lacking - not so much with the tellers but in particular with the manager Rosa. As a banker in the community, you would expect a bit more decorum, professionalism, and financial understanding from someone serving the banking needs of Woodland. Unfortunately however, Rosa seems to adhere to a mood-based system of business and fails to see any of her customers as humans, but instead as account numbers - any of whom may receive poor service or irrational treatment because of her often poor disposition. Rosa seems to administer a mentality that the bank is doing its customers a favor by accounting for their money, when in fact she is forgetting that US Bank (and by virtue, she as well) are both profiting from our business. There is absolutely no sense of community at this bank. You may be encumbered by any number of egregious, unnecessary, and extortive charges but rest very well assured that your home bank manager will not bat an eye at them if she feels you are not worth her time. Rosa will talk extremely rudely to you, punish you for financial errors, and will be extremely discourteous in her interactions. She decides how to treat her customers extremely subjectively, giving more patience or assistance to those whom she feels deserve it over others. It might be that in the volume of customers and accounts Rosa and her team have to deal with, they lose sense of the fact that they are dealing with ACTUAL HUMAN/FAMILY finances and livelihoods and for that reason I will be indefinitely closing all of my accounts with US Bank, switching to a bank with a more community feel, and most definitely never returning to this particular branch again. VERY disappointed with this banks management.

I've been with us bank for 17 years and love this bank :) I've never had 1 problem with them :) excellent service and staff. I will say i won't ever leave. im a customer 4 life :)

I would have gave this branch 5 stars until today. I don't usually go to this branch but when I'm in town, I always get the same teller who is extremely sweet and patient since I always come in with $300+ in ones on top of big bills. (Waitress) Today, as she took the money to get counted in the machine, she was yelled at behind the wall which I could still hear. The extremely rude and disrespectful manager or whoever was in the back named Rosa, ripping into this teller right in front of me because of some new procedures that obviously wasn't told to her employees. I couldn't even believe it. I feel bad for the teller. I bet she was embarrassed and ashamed and it wasn't even her fault. So I'm sitting there counting $800+ in front of a line of people to prove my deposit. Real safe. I'll be back but I hope Rosa will not even look at me. I don't deal with disrespectful people.
