Not very reliable as they constantly lose packages or make mistakes with delivering packages to wrong lockers or addresses. Customer service is not very good and they seem to hate working at USPS.

My postal worker for zip 95776 cant be bothered to pick up outgoing mail or mail being 'returned to sender.' He just shoves it back in my mailbox. Ive tried various times to report postal worker misconduct with no resolution.
