Great customer service at the Front Counter. The inside is kept very clean. I can do without the panhandlers outside though, that's an eye soar.

Not very reliable as they constantly lose packages or make mistakes with delivering packages to wrong lockers or addresses. Customer service is not very good and they seem to hate working at USPS.
