Was very unfortunate to hear that this location had yelled at my grandmother till she cried when she was trying to pick up her disabled sister's medication. Her car broke down in the drive thru she called aaa and she informed them and they told her she had 30min or they would call the cops on top of staff and customers teaming up on her being rude. And kicker is the lady was the manager. That is disgusting.

Big grocery department, lots of stock, and prices are decent. It's a local store that needs your business. The people are helpful that work there.

I recently visited this location and everything was fine until this very rude passive aggressive older lady that was upset she had to get up out her seat at the register to assist me then instead of helping me, she asked another lady to help me , as she went back to the register to sit down when coming to the register, she was very rude, nasty and again passive aggressive, trying to speak to me as an ignorant customer it was almost a jealousy, hatred thing from why you might ask couldn't tell ya. I won't be shopping at that location again.

Their pharmacy is horrible and has the most rudest people working in that department, especially the asian guy that wears the lab coat is the most rudest and yelled at his own employee in front of me and I felt really sorry for her smh

Horrible. Simply they do not answer the phone. Have been on hold for over 30 minutes to check on status of perscription. Would never go here again. Would put zero stars if it was an option.

Desperately need more pharmacists at peak times and figure out how to be more efficient outside of peak times so you can provide better care during.

My husband has had long waits and annoying problems every single time he goes to the Walgreens pharmacy to pick up a prescription for me. It's ridiculous; surely someone in the place recognizes him by now, after nearly 2 years. I have thought about changing pharmacies, but hung on. But now? I am taking my business from this place because they have no right to interfere with the personal lives of customers. I don't like abortion, but I support the right to choose. Bye Walgreens. Frankly - I won't miss you and neither will my family. I'll be supporting local business at Corner Drug.

I went in to pick up prescriptions and had to wait a bit for them to fill, not a problem. The pharmacy tech Tyrese was the most patient person I've ever seen! A few people were very rude about the wait, and he handled all of them with professionalism and courtesy, and even with it being busy made sure to check in and let me know they were working on my stuff. Big thumbs up from me!

I'm only giving 5 stars for Pharmacy Technician name Kumi. Who's very nice to answer my call for the third times. I called the first and second times and the lady hanged up, I was just going to ask if I can pick up my prescription tomorrow?!. So finally was able to speak to Kumi who's very pleasant to talk to and told me I can pick up tomorrow. Thank you Kumi.

The manager Ericka was immediately rude when I asked for change on a 20$ bill and didn't treat me like a customer who wanted to do business but a loiter who wanted to steal. She profiled me and even demanded me to buy something when all I wanted was change for a 20$. Horrible way to run a store.

I’ve been going to Walgreens Pharmacy for several years. The pharmacy staff are super nice and helpful! The pharmacist Daniel is always very helpful and all of the staff are too!

Walgreens I heard Walgreens had delivery option now, so after being a loyal rite aid customer for over 40 years (back when they were thriftys and Payless) we made the decision to go with Walgreens for all of our pharmacy needs. Where should I begin, the actual building is unkept and dirty. The drive thru looks and smells like urine and the ground is dirty. The inside of the pharmacy, with the metal curtains, looks like a run down methadone clinic. The pharmacy looks like it's straight out of skid row and the pharmacy employees match that vibe. They pharmacy clerks are dry, uninterested in customer service. The woman who tends to the customers really hates her job. (The Hispanic pharmacist who speaks Spanish is really nice, so he gets a pass). The rest of the pharmacy staff is rude and dry. My medications have been unable to be filled and the app asked me to call the pharmacy. Each time I call, there's a 20 minute hold. Staff picks up the phone and puts you back on hold. I'm not sure why they do this, maybe it's so the hold times aren't marked as being long, but they're long, I mean SUPER long hold times; this is giving me state office vibes when you expect to be placed on hold all day. Then nobody really tells me why my meds aren't being filled. Everyone I speak with gives me a vague answer. I hate this place. I hate the decision of leaving Rite Aid. Rite aid would greet me and be nice when we walked in. Day and night difference. Do yourself a favor and don't ever do business with Skid Row Walgreens.

The pharmacy line always takes a long time no matter the number of people in line or working the back. They really need more help and at least 2 cashiers during the weekdays. The store is clean and pretty quiet most of the time.
