Bought a game and there was a random disk inside of it and no actual game. I was pretty pissed because I lost the receipt and it was for $74.52. And this store does not like picking up phone calls. I'm a Walmart truck driver and decided to buy the game while I was there. If anyone buys a game there I would open it there and make sure there's an actual game inside. Because you will get played.

The staff is unaware of where anything is. The greeter wasn't even wearing his mask correctly, trying to dictate how everyone else wears their mask. And when I went to check out, I was told I couldn't be sold the item because it was on recall. Then why the hell do you have it out on the floor on the shelf???? Don't waste your time. Go to another Walmart in another city this one is inadequate and possibly a front for drug money.

Bertha who works at the self check out Needs to take a chill pill and find a new job!!! She always looks frazzled and today she was very unprofessional to another Walmart worker also working the self check out the associate needed help and Bertha was rude and short with her wouldnt help her and walked off in front of multiple customers! I felt sorry for this other young worker but this is getting old when I go here every time and wittiness this old hag being a B**** to everyone!

I bought a Red Ryder BB gun from sporting goods, the guy at sporting goods was training someone and friendly for the most part. The first BB gun box was damaged on a corner and this was supposed to be a Santa present so I asked for a better condition box which he gave me. I didn't notice till two minutes after buying it "in sporting goods" it wasn't the Christmas labeled version of the gun. I moved over maybe two aisles before noticing and asking for a box with a Christmas label instead because ITS CHRISTMAS EVE and this was supposed to be a Santa present. They told me even though I had a receipt for two minutes earlier and the trainee verified he just sold me the BB gun the manager stopped him from making the exchange... needless to say I don't need a useless manager or Walmart worker to exchange boxes for me, I changed it with one on an unsold pallet (why the hell you wouldn't push the Christmas labeled products out before you can't even sell them is the downfall of all nana garment of this store and why this place is probably losing money compared to what it could potentially make). Because at the end of the day you guys don't get paid enough to make my day longer over dumbness...

This place is a dam mess. Theres always bums doing weird crap in the isles like tonight the dam bum is walking around rubbing items all over himself and then throwing them all over the isles and no employees in sight. Then i walk into the automotive section to get floor mats and there was some that look like theres mold growing on them. Its ridiculous.

I'm completely disappointed in the way I was treated by a worker there. On two separate occasions I was discriminated against by their employees. The first incident occurred at the check out line. When I got to the check out the clerk looked at me and snarled "I can't sell any alcohol at this line" Me being black is the only reason I felt she said something like that. Here's the irony in this review I haven't drank alcohol over 20 years. It was clearly racially motivated she didn't even look in my cart to see if in fact I even had any alcohol she just snapped at me. It caught me off guard because she didn't mention anything about alcohol to the two customers whom went before me whom were people of non color. I'm a regular there and there are some workers who go out of their way to be kind and I applaud them but there are some who can make a normal customer feel like crap.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALMART. I try to give people the benefit of a doubt but this Hispanic employee accused me on 2 different occasions of stealing. The first time I was in the self-check out and purchased a few things and an area rug. When I finished paying she ran over there and said I didn't pay for it even after I showed the receipt. The second time today I bought some planters and a plant and I saw her at the self check out again and as I wait in line I noticed she didn't bother anybody but when I finished paying she runs over there to check my basket and said I didn't pay for a $6 planter?? Even if I did miss something her approach was so wrong. I was the only African American that was in line and she accused me again. I was so angry that I went straight to customer service and returned EVERYTHING. Working lately as a nurse during this pandemic has been very stressful and to have the same person assume I was stealing is so disappointing. NEVER will I ever go back

Just got a new card and apparently it's contactless pay. I tried inserting the chip multiple times, but the terminal kept saying chip error. The cashier was absolutely no help. She was like oh you got no money? You don't have a different card? Shouldn't she be aware of contactless pay? Bunch of clowns.

I just moved into my new home and came over to this location with a lot of family members to purchase a BUNCH of normal essentials to move into a new home. I came across Adam in the electronics and I approached him very politely and asked where the fire sticks were located. And he looked at me for a few seconds and walked away them turned around and replied in a very rude and loud manor WE DONT HAVE ANY! Is this normal for Woodland. If so I regret moving here.
