Update: I truly hate astound with all my heart. Too many chances have been spent on this garbage internet provider. Unfortunately, it's either them or AT&T which is somehow even worse. HOW DO I EVEN DROP TO 45 KILOBYTES PER SECOND?! HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT?! If you have any other providers around that isn't Astound, TAKE THEM.

This used to be good. I pay 120$ just for the Wifi to cut out because of simple rain. Trash Product. Im going to cancel asap. Way too inconsistent. Better options out there for half the price

Horrible service. Technicians "forget" to install upgrades for me and my neighbors for 4 days. All the while support gaslights me that there is no outage and I need to pay them 80 dollars to send a technician out because no reason

Wave Broadband worst Business Company I had to dealt with. They like to keep charging their customers a month in advance and the service is not even that great! Poor customer service. If you call them they out you on a long hold, but if you were late paying for a day or two they call you immediately Find a better service don't pick this provider.

AVOID ASTOUND AT ALL COSTS. After having ongoing drop issues, techs out, and switching hardware the result is that they can't actually provide stable service at my address, and they refuse to credit my bill for the last month where their service outright didn't work (20-50 service interruptions a day). They refuse to credit for the last month when they were not providing service. I will be pursuing this with BBB and in small claims.

I've been with Astound, formerly Wave, since 2017. My fees have raised almost 50% since I first started. They are also billing me for another month until my equipment is returned on a Fed Ex label Astound sent me. Astound says they have no way of tracking a package for an at home label they sent me. When I asked for a corporate office, the customer service rep said they have no contact info as they are in India. I'd avoid their service if there are other options.

Worst internet, we have the "highest speed" which is 1gig and it's always slow, it always goes down, our bill goes up almost every month.

These morons just show up and help themselves into my backyard without any permission twice now when I haven’t been home and leave a freaking mess. Literally 30’ of cable just left laying across the yard, used my ladder and left it laying against the fence with more wire cuttings all over the ground. Absolute trash workmanship and I don’t even use them as a service provider plus the pole is in the neighbors yard across the fence. Going to be a rough day for the next guy that shows up when I’m home.

Fast easy install within the scheduled block. Installer was very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job. Speeds have been great so very. Very happy with the service.

Horrible internet and they doubled their monthly prices recently with the only warning being a single tiny blurb on the last page of the statement that even the representative I spoke with had trouble finding. Their services suck. Nothing is accessible and the wifi constantly goes out for no reason.

every day-the internet collapse, now i have been waiting over 15mi withe stupid prompt"while you waiting ......" insanity to deal with this service. I have no internet and this week happens every eigl dey. I hope att will open soon; now i have being waiting 27min Here no stars while am still waiting....

There customer service sucks I'm not sure which is worse att or wave!! Been on the phone about 5 times with customer service. And 3 times the call has dropped and they not bother to call me back
