Let me start by stating that I actually work for 'Dignity Health' and I am VERY disappointed in this facility! Over a year ago on March 4 2020 I attempted to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr Amira Zaid for a routine pap smear. I was told since I was out of network my doctor would need to fax a referral/additional authorization & that once it was received they would call me to schedule my appointment in a week or so. Since weeks went by and I never heard back I decided to follow up with them. However I was told they haven't received anything from my doctors office I kept following up & nothing... Fast forward to 11/23/20 I contacted my doctors office once again they faxed it over same thing again I would follow up and they would stated they never received it. Now fast forward to March 25, 2021 I decided to call & find out what is going on and why I was never called back for an appointment... I literally was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with someone that's when I decided enough is enough with this facility so I hung up! Obviously they don't care about patients needing care.... or about women's health like they try to say they do! I give this place 0 stars!
